Keep your eyes on your deposit. Stole mine after I followed every step correctly. Filled the tank dropped it off on due date never got a word back after continuously reaching out. When I paid it they took me to a whole other enterprise because they’re debit machine wasn’t working.

Wouldn't rent here at all. They lied to me about fees and tried to charge my credit card an additional $400. I contacted head office and was told this isn't their policy. Very sketchy.

The cars are decent and relatively clean. However the customer service is so slow and frustrating.

Excellent customer service! I dealt with Ross and he was exceptionally nice - did his best to find me a car to rent when they were low in inventory. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location!

Scammers. Said they would bring our rental to the dealership, instead picked us up and made us wait. "Inspected' car and was told don't worry about dents. Returned car and was told I'd have to pay for the dents.but they were there to begin with! Scammers, do not trust them, get a bicycle instead, much safer then these guys

Trash service- employees are full of lies: supposedly their customer service is in USA when I can see the same person I spoke to in the font calling other people with a name badge. Over all, lazy management, poor quality cars and are full of (badly put together, Inconsistent) lies, you’re better off without these guys even in an emergency.

Great Great experience! It was easy pick up, they didn't harass me about anything! Which I'm surprised I thought they would of been like do you have your car back yet? A thousand times in the 4 months I had my rental.but they didn't! And drop off easy! And they even give you a ride home, friendly environment, and very helpful people! They helped me used my debit since I didn't have a credit card for a deposit, they were just all around super helpful and nice!

Customer Service is not what it used to be! I was charged $800 to my credit card in May 2023, was not supposed to be charged as it was covered by someone else that had confirmed via email. Ask me why I had to chase them down to refund my credit card. Today I just saw the refund after 90 days for $800. They didn’t even consider that I was charged interest and got a bad report for the past 3 months. I requested that the refund included the calculated amount for 90 days.
WHO CARES THAT YOU INCONVENIENCED ME! NOT HAPPY!

After minor damage on a rented car (scratches on the door) I was charged with a higher deductible than i have with my insurance company. It is like they are charging you whatever fee they want without any notice. I would highly not recommend this company.

Jacob and Fatima were excellent. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and happy with my rental. Rental was clean and hold times to contact the team were never extreme

The Enterprise franchise is my go-to for car rentals across Canada and the US, and I had another exceptional experience with the team in Gloucester (Cyrville Rd in Ottawa). The team who helped with my return - Fatima and Jacob - were positive, engaging, and very helpful.
Due to my late Saturday drop-off, the team was not as fulsome as it would have been through the week, meaning they couldn’t offer me a shuttle to the train station which would be their usual practice, but they took ownership of calling me a taxi rather than just handing me a number and showing me the door.
What I appreciated most was the almost lost art of open, honest communication. They made no excuses, took ownership of the experience, and were understanding and helpful without being insincere or overselling.
We had a great chat about the importance of positive reviews - and of constructive ones.
“Are you sure there isn’t anything we could do better next time for you? ” was their closer - they checked that everything was to my satisfaction, even thanked me for taking the time to return the rental in clean and good condition, and then double checked. Not a pencil-whip exercise for them to check in customer satisfaction, rather a meaningful part of their customer experience standards.
Thanking me for returning the car without a week’s worth of coffee cups and dirty tissues was a great way to save them some time and effort on the back end, while making me feel like the effort I put in was acknowledged and respected. A small thing where both sides benefit, but such an important part of exceptional customer experience.
When both sides of a transaction come away feeling like they got something from it, not just a corporate cash-for-services exchange, both sides are engaged to create further positive experiences next time.
I fully expect to use Enterprise again when I return to Ottawa in the fall, and I have no doubt I will receive the same incredible experience, even if it is not Jacob or Fatima I deal with - the team just seems to take pride, and the feeling is contagious and appreciated.

I wouldn’t rent a car here ever again.

The dealership reserved a car for me after there service department broke my vehicle.

The only car they had to replace by luxury vehicle a car that is rusted, no SUV, proceeds to take 20 minutes and they bring me a beater car.

The parking lot looks like a scene from a horror story and you’re lucky you don’t break your neck on the potholes.

I had my dealership pay for my Uber rides.

Highly Recommended!

Stephanie who greeted me outside as I was walking in helped me right away with getting my rental car.

The driver came and picked me up from the collision cntre, which then triggered Stephanie to go get the rental car for my arrival on site. I did not have to wait a minute for any services. She walked with through a car inspection, explained everything in great details and offered me separate insurance options before leaving.

The process was easy and smooth.

When I came to bring the car back I had a 15 minute window to "check out" the rental car and get a ride back to the Collision centre where my car had been repaired. (The collision centre informed late friday my car was ready so i had a tiny window get everything done last minute)
By the time my rental car was inspected, "checked out" and the driver drove me back to the collision centre - I had 5 minutes to spare! This check out process and ride took 10 minutes - impressive.

Extremely quick and reliable service. Thank you Enterprise for the great and smooth service.:)

Very smooth process if you need a car for a quick work trip.

I reserved online, I received a call 24H before to confirm the reservation, the correct car class was available and provided, service was very quick with a thorough walk around and inspection.

Returned the car - and all it took was 2 mins to walk around, check fuel level and finish the deal.

As soon as the car was returned, the hold was credited to my credit card and the correct amount was charged.

No issues at all.:)

Terrible attitude of the staff today when I dropped off the car around 3pm. The greeting when I walked in was a denigrating look. The young gentleman (tall, reddish hair and a bit on the heavier set) looked like he hated his job. To my dislike, he was the one who drove me to the Nissan dealership with the worst possible attitude you can imagine. Avoid this branch at Cyrville Road. Other branches are much better, including the two downtown ones. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff but honestly, I’ve rented from there a few times and that seems to be their standard employee - people who seem to hate to work there.

Excellent service! Vehicle reserved by my insurance company. Stopped next morning after my accident and was greeted by Jamie. He offered a choice of Chevy Malibu and Hyundai Sonata. Contract was explained thoroughly and charges for tickets, tolls etc.

Return was easy as well. All the charges were explained and I was offered credit for an Uber drive home!

Used this location number of times and would highly recommend it.

Rented as part of an insurance claim so no comments on price. Busy place but the staff were nice and tried to serve each client quickly. Ross and Jacob were both great!

Would use them again.

Amazing greeting at the front door entrance! Makes me feel special The in person service is great, zero complaints. The car offered for rental was the same type as my own but newer (2022 model). I cant complain about the price because I was covered by the other person at fault, but the rental price are about the same as all the other car rentals in the city.

Note: They should add winter tires to all rental by law. Mine had summer tires and I had the rental in February. It was un drivable on light snow. Ontario should pass a law regarding that issue.

All in all, good experience!
