Terrible customer service, the phones are never ever answered. I tried calling this location, on hold for over 30 mins. Hung up in frustration.

The day I came in to pick up my car, I noticed 3 people in the office, the phones were ringing and no one picked up any of the incoming calls. That explains why the incoming calls are never answered cause the staff don’t give a hoots. The car I picked up was a RAV4, maintenance light was on, which means car was not serviced.

I don’t know if this is a franchise run outlet, but the service is terrible. They advertise pick up and drop and I witnessed them turning down 2 customers in front of me. Lucky for me I live close by.

Not delivering what they promise. Poorly run.

Everyone I met in this branch is a superstar, always welcomed with pleasant smiles and fantastic customer service.
Cool boys on the counter are saving my life, including cool branch manager Patrick Shea and unique, incredible tech-savvy girls Rashi, Lama and perhaps one more - I am bad with name girls I am sorry!
- Had a problem with the vehicle’s connectivity; Tech-savvy girls took their time to check and walked me through Damn Technology!
- I needed service, and Patrick made it happen in no time!
- I needed an SUV for the season and made my choice! No problem!
- I needed the tire fixed; Patrick accommodated me with another one and gave me my favorite SUV.
- I loved the SUV and called the office to keep it for the season, and on the phone, I felt their smile understood my need, and accepted it.
- Thank you, Parick, for your outstanding customer service, and thank you, girls! You rock!
- I 100% recommend everyone to experience excellent customer service from this cool branch!

I’ve been using Enterprise for over 10 years now. Hands down the best Enterprise location I’ve ever been to. The folks here have the best customer service. I’ve also never had issues returning a vehicle. Kamal Akbar is the best to deal with.

I’m honestly shocked that this is a car rental location as it is very different and extremely friendly considering my past experiences with rental companies.

SCAM ALART FOR THIS LOCATION - They claim your insurance without your acknowledge if you use your insurance for payment. They claimed a fake vehicle accident claim on me where I didn't. I don't think Owner of this location is ethical. Again which goes around that comes arount. Be careful everyone. I am just fed up with this Location.

Not happy with their customer service, Phone call pickup, Car availability and vehicles inside conditions. Most of the car you will find stinky smells, Air filter may be never changed so who ever used drink or smoke it's carry with it. If you turn on Ac you feel a piece of.s. Management need to focus on their business but not only output. I won't reccomend this location to anyone.

Worst service ever. Appalling. And full of excuses. I reserved a vehicle online, have a email saying it is CONFIRMED. Called the location (not the call centre) to confirm they had the reservation, was told yes they can see it on the system and its all set and ready for pick up later the same day. Received a call from them 10 minutes later saying an error, should not book online or through the call centre as they do NOT know availability of vehicles. Ben the manager made excuse after excuse. How can you have a reservation confirmed and also call in to check 100% it is set, get it confirmed again and then they cancel. Totally screws with our plans made after confirming the vehicle is there for us twice. Stay away from enterprise and this location in particular.

They are very unprofessional. I have deposited $300 as safety. Its been 3 month I haven’t received my money back. I have been calling every week and I explained everything to Jack 2 or 3 times. And when I call them again, Jack recognized my voice and hang up my phone.

I recently had an accident and needed a rental car. Adam, the manager, picked me up and looked after getting me a car that was comfortable for me to drive immediately. The team there is very helpful and try their best to accommodate.

Returned a car to this location. Met an associate named Zach, and he provided great customer service. He was professional and friendly, good job by him. I'm a Platinum Level customer and I haven't been experiencing the best customer service from Enterprise which is why I'm searching other companies now. But this associate provided the level of service I expect from this company.

Very basic cars like KIA but cheap prices around $30 to $50, but be careful on the time you got the rental car because even if you bring the car back in the morning at 11: 00AM they will charge you full day because you probably rented it at 8: 30AM.

The Millcreek location is my new go to. The staff is nice, cars are clean (and disinfected), they've got a huge fleet so you've got lots of choices. Close to the 401 too so it's convenient.

One of the worst places ever to rent a vehicle. I don't recommend it. I had no choice but to use Enterprise as it was covered by my insurance. Vehicle was dirty, smelly and needed lots of maintenance repair. When I requested another vehicle, it was the same situation so it seems that every vehicle they provide is bad (dirty, smelly and needed maintenance repair). The ministry of transportation (MTO) needs to investigate and take action. They went through all this process outside in the cold weather when they could've done inside. Also, during the process they unexpectedly made me lose my driver's license and they didn't have and I didn't have it either. After this rental contract ends, I hope to never go to Enterprise again.

Also, they don't bring you the rental vehicle and you have to come to them. I didn't had a ride and had no choice but to take Uber to reach Enterprise. Other rental places I know brings you the vehicle to you and don't understand why Enterprise doesn't.

One person allowed inside, and yet it can easily allow 3 pandemic-distancing customers. Was pretty cold standing outside. No hand sanitizer in sight. Was my car really sanitized before releasing to me? My question was simply ignored by affirmation that it was just washed!
March 2021- I smell a scam, this company accused me of damaging the vehicle and I never had the vehicle damaged while in my possession, and they refused to show me the damage yet charged my credit card for supposed repairs that same instant. This is not over.

I have been renting from Enterprise starting May 2019 at another location on all weekends regularly.

I have recently moved to Meadowale Gardens area and rented few times from this location. Never I had a pleasant experience. Customer service is very poor when compared to other locations. They are very rude.

Highlight of these are Enterprise tried to rip 500$ plus tax out of me. I rented a Tucson which had two set of keys. I got a call from Stefanie that only one set of key is present and she was talking in a rude way in the aspect of pushing towards charging 500$ and finally she did.

I went directly and to my surprise, she has two keys. Aaaah. - "Are you trying to fool me " I asked. She is spinning all stories like. I think My manager drove Hyundai this morning and got the replacement key. In that case I told that, I need the receipt from Hyundai to validate this. Manager went for lunch break she told and I insisted that I want to talk to manager on his return.

Later on got a call from manager Andrew. He told, "You want to talk to me". Then on discussion he finally tells that key was there beneath the seat and they are returning the money.

I would have had trust if I got a voluntary call from Enterprise stating that. We found your key. So bad Enterprise for what you are doing to a regular customer. I think this location staff has attitude issues.

Update as on Jan 8 2021:
Sent my rental details to the said email id and received response that, I would be contacted soon. Nothing happened.

I had to rent a car last minute with no reservation due to an accident. I showed up first thing in the morning and within 20 minutes I was driving away in a spotlessly cleaned car. Dealing with the employees at this location was very easy and they were understanding and accommodating. About a week later I was asked to bring the car in for scheduled maintenance, and they already had several other options for me to choose a replacement. That only took about 10 minutes. Returning the car at the end of the rental was also very easy and I really have nothing bad to say about my experience.

Don't trust their billing. They charged different amount than what they told you gonna bill. Of course they have whole other reasons to tell you why they are doing so. In other words they also take advantage of the situation. Ridiculous!

I had the worst experience this time. Have availed rental vehicle service from this location many a times before.
The current branch manager Stefanie Karasavidis is nothing but a liar. Sometimes I wonder if such people keep on representing Canada on key positions, the time is not far away that Canada will become the worst country in the world. She did not kept her word, did a miscomittment, and overcharged the vehicle rental.
Her attitude was rude, and it was about to become abusive towards customer. There is no concept of listening to what a customer is trying to explain.
Tommy Lee did a booking at different rate (discounted) and Stefanie did something else. The whole working procedure is flawed.
In plain and simple words, they are a bunch of liars and cheaters.
Not recommended to anyone ever.

This has been my go-to location for car rentals for years despite living in different parts of Mississauga with locations much closer to my house. I was very disappointed when I recently asked for one of their Ford Hybrid vehicles as I really enjoyed it a few months prior and they told me that all 3 were reserved for the Ford dealership accross the street "in case" they need them. Since then I am no longer loyal to this one location.

We recently rented a car for over two months, we had made two payments already but when we went to drop it off for the last time we had forgot our credit card. We had said we will be right back with it and the employee instantly threatened to take us to small claims court? !? We had been here many times and always paid. They also tried to blame us for a dent that was there when we picked it up, having had bad experiences in the past with other rental companies I made sure to take a picture. Be careful when using this Enterprise location. Very interesting way to treat returning customers.

I made a reservation for a vehicle through the app and went to the location to pick it up. When i arrived i was greeted with a smile by an individual that was behind the desk. He was very polite and helpful to explain everything. I was very happy with everything I experienced and recommend this location for vehicle rentals

BE CAREFULL of this location! The service was fine till i returned the vehicle vehicle was dirty when i picked up but since it was snowing i let that go. Fuel was less than half a tank was told as long as its got over a quarter tank on return it should be fine. Returned the vehicle as told but later on got charged. And the guy kept arguing that it was a discounted charge. Have rented lots of vehicles from Enterprise looks like this location makes their money by charging extra on fuel when they don't even fill it up but want the tank filled on return. Make sure you either get a full tank or have proof of how much it had when they give you the vehicle. DON'T TRUST THE PERSON DOING THE WALK AROUND THEY WILL CHANGE THE STATEMENT AFTER AND NOTE DOWN IT HAD A FULL TANK WHEN IT DOESN'T.

I used enterprise only because I was in a accident last year and they gave me the rental vehicle.
Weeks before getting the rental vehicle I called another location (which I thought was the pickup location), and had occasional questions or concerns and they answered every question I had and they also took the time to explain that it was at a different/more closer location and gave me their contact information to coordinate with them of the pickup. A week prior to the pickup I had a change in work hours and asked if they could help me first thing in the morning (I.e. Pick me up from the collision center and drive me to their office). They said they there may be a bit of a wait before I could get picked up but on the date for the rental. I called them in the morning and within a few minutes they were already at the collision center to pick me up. The only confusing thing was that when they picked me up, their vehicle didnt say enterprise so I wasnt sure at first but the driver did confirm that he was enterprise. The whole time I was here 5minutes, they were very nice and answered all my questions and told me that after I get the vehicle and I have any more questions than to contact them. (Which not all rental places do). Apon inspection of the vehicle, I noticed a few chips or dents on the vehicle and brought it to their attention but they said that it was too small for the camera to take a picture of it.
After when I returned the vehicle they checked it and said everything was exactly the same way it was before. (I thought they may ask about the dents from before but I guess they had it on file for occasional dents and chips).
After the vehicle was returned they said that the deposit that I did for it would be coming my mail which it may be upsetting for people a rush but it came in the mail for me aprox 4 days later (they said up to 2 weeks).

This location lacks extra chairs for people waiting inside and isn't too spacious, but great service otherwise. Would be cool if there was guest WiFi. I'm nitpicking at this point though, haha.

Had a bad experience with the Airport location, so I cancelled my rental and booked at this location. Definitely the best decision I made. The guys here are awesome! Customer service is in point and the guys are so personable. It's far from home, but I'll likely be booking with this location moving forward. Don't book at the airport unless you can't find a car here first!

I have no choice to give -5 for today's experience. Wrost dealing Millcreek Drive Mississauga, l was called yesterday that my reservation is confirm and I ask about the SUV person told me Ford.
I was 5 minutes earlier to my time and so called he was manager Wisam Saliba even not he was assistant Manager. He was dealing like he is giving me free and he changed Ford with very poor condition vehicle. Up on asking I was supposed to get Forde even there were 2 fords there, he was giving me Nisan almost finished tire and then Santa fe Ford was parked.other rep gave ford to some other person. He was rude and when I say I will not take than said cancel and he don't care I had to to Avis and I got brand new SUV almost half of price I was paying. I was enterprises plus member since 2005. He don't care he said he has no problem if I am not happy. I am cancelling my membership and no one will be able from organization to rent from them.

Minivan given to me had brakes that shuddered at highway speeds. Something that they could have been proactive enough and checked out prior to give to me. Also minivan was a gas guzzler as compared to my own minivan that was in the repair shop.

My experience with this location has been outstanding! The staff are all great! But I would like to recognize Gabriel (Gabe) who has been an outstanding representative for enterprise! He has gone above and beyond every time to make sure I am well taken care off. This is my fourth week in a row renting from them and will continue to do so whenever my job requires me to rent a vehicle. I can not explain how much of a headache renting cars used to be but with these guys you can count on everything being ready to go when they pick you up! Gabe has also gone out of his way to make sure I get a ride home everytime so I don't have to call an Uber. What makes me most comfortable is Gabe's honesty and the way he has represented enterprise, he has gained my trust and respect and therefore any business/personal related rentals will go through this location. I recently had an issue with my rental and I was about two hours away, I reached out to Gabe and Andrew (manager) and they made sure I got taken care of promptly. I was able to get back to work within the hour. This team awesome and I want to make sure everyone is aware of it. Great customer service (like Gabe's) deserves recognition regardless of the industry you are in. It shows dedication, passion and love for what you do.
