Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst experience ever! Got stuck in USA bcoz was given car with minor hole in tire. After several calls, visiting several enterprises found out that will not be able to switch the car bcoz this branch has locked profile for switching car in USA.

What’s the point of paying for insurance? If I paid for insurance and there is a star size crack for any reason why the hell does enterprise use that insurance and fix the car before handing out to someone else? Because that’s exactly what happened!

Got a car which had those issues, was dirty from inside and outside.

It feels like you are waiting for people to not pay for insurance and when they mess up, get them into paying for all the car fixes.

Completely unacceptable!
There are lot of equally or better car rentals out there with big names.

A week before Christmas went in to this location to switch our vehicle from the Horton street enterprise because they had limited vehicles and wasn’t comfortable getting in and out and because employees there weren’t very knowledgeable about there vehicles So we stopped Into the wharnclife location where we spoke to Carlos and he was very helpful and told us that the other location didn’t change our phone number, or home address we told him that that he was supposed to change it but didn’t do either so Carlos was nice enough to change our information and made sure we understood all the information and vehicle knowledge and was very friendly. All the staff members at the wharnclife location were very friendly and communicating and knew there vehicles they had at there location

My experience with Hami was wonderful nice guy he answered my all querries and make my trip hassle free i must give him 10 /10

Best car rental service in canada and especially this location has exceptional customer service. This place is full of good and helpful people. For last couple of time Carlos was my rental agent and he made whole process very smooth and easy. He helped me choosing right vehicle for my needs and I’m very happy with his service. Thank you Carlos and thank you enterprise.

I needed a rental recently when I was having repairs done on my car. Kendra brought the vehicle right to me at the auto body shop I had my car at. She was friendly and helpful, and the vehicle they provided me with was impeccable. Kendra also happened to help me when I returned the vehicle and the process with returning was just as pleasant as when I received the car. They even shuttled me back to the auto body shop to pick up my car afterwards. Overall, I couldn't recommend this Enterprise location enough.

Had trip planned for NYC. We rented a car that was not big enough for the voyage. They at the last minute notice upgraded us to a large SUV for a small increase. But what stuck out was that my wife left her $400 sunglasses in the previous vehicle. I reached out to them and when I had all but given up on the glasses, Enterprise called me to let me know they had found them. This meant a lot because they went the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Very disorganized waited 50 min for my car I reserved 2 weeks advance. It was never like this here very disappointed

I have been a regular with this location and company for many years. The customer service I receive is always amazing. They greet me by name and know what my preferences are for rentals. The cars are always clean and they get me on my way quickly. I highly recommend this company and especially this location.

Jatindra was kind, patient, and understanding. He even helped me to find the car to fit my needs. The only thing I would add is to have a couple of more employees helping because the waiting time was a little longer.

Here's another location that I recommend! There are plenty of vehicles to choose from and I give many thanks to Kyle, Dan, Jatin, Kendra, Samantha & Corissa for their outstanding services!

First off, if I could give 6 stars I would. Long story short; rented a 7 passenger minivan to drive to NYC to pick up friends coming off the cruise. The van broke down and had braking issues with check engine light and I called Enterprise's roadside assitance (I suggest always signing up for it), and they found me a replacement van in NJ and they sent an uber to take me there. I had the original rental agreement in my email but before I left on my trip I took a screen shot of that rental agreement in case I couldn't connect to the internet to access my emails but I could access my photos (good thing I did). They swapped out the van and got us on our way even though it caused major delays picking up my friends etc. Spoke to the manager at Enterprise on 750 Wharncliffe Rd. S. (Corissa Richardson) and she was amazing! They apologized for the inconvenience and the subsequent hassles and they charged us $0.00 for the entire rental! I have only rented through Enterprise in the past whether a car or a cube van (Bradley store) and that trend will continue. Enterprise and the staff are great at this store and a big kudos to manager Corissa Richardson and their roadside assistance and their entire friendly staff (including Carlos Antolinez on a subsequent recent rental). Thanks again so much for you help on this!

Friendly and very accommodating. I thought I would have a rental for a few months and wasn't too pleased with how my first vehicle drove due to personal preference. I walked in and they gladly switched me over.

Would definitely recommend. And will be a returning customer if needed in the future.
