Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My friend booked a car from enterprise he was misinformed about biling cycle, they overcharged, would not recommend going with them.

I am a newcomer here in London and I needed a car. Good thing that I was assisted by Om and Kendra. All of the transactions were explained to me properly, and it is fast and easy.

Kendra didn't
mention to us about doing the upgrade to a car tried to give us a suv and said there was nothing else, and the other employee came in she got Ramon to take over.
While talking to Ramon we expected them to be knowledgeable about any vehicles they had available and he told us that they weren't but did try to answer our question.
We found out 4 days later when we went to the enterprise at 751 wharnclife Road S that the employee at the Horton and Wellington enterprise Ramon employee that was helping us never changed our new phone number after he asked us and he didn’t ask about my husbands address changed because it was different on file then on his license, and didn’t mention to us about no pets, drugs, smoking in the vehicle.

Train your employees before hiring them.employees are very rude and don't know how to talk to customer. I request that the necessary training be given to the employees as soon as possible, Thanks

I recently rented a car Enterprise Downtown location and had a fantastic experience. The customer service provided by their employee Jake was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth rental experience. They had a technical issue with their system on the day i rented the car. It was a crazy day and Jake’s approach to handling that was very professional.

Additionally, Kash's service was exceptional as well. He was very patient in explaining all the details of the rental agreement and helped me find the best vehicle that suited my needs. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable rental car. Thanks to Jake and Kash, my rental experience was top-notch!

Great service here! Everyone here was really friendly and asking me about my plans for a trip I was taking and we're even offering tips and suggestions since I was new to town. I was also impressed that everybody remembered me when I came back and asked me how my trip went.

Xavier was really helpful. Picking and dropping the vehicle was quick/easy and he was really friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

Great customer service from anyone I talked to, personally dealt with Kash and Madison. First time needing a rental and this was a great experience. They followed up and was patient with my questions!

If you don’t have CAA. Pay for the roadside assistance. Otherwise you’ll be stuck at home with a. Flat. Lesson learnt

Was involved in a wreck recently and rented a car under insurance.the stress of the entire experience with this branch was not worth it. After we returned the car they came after us for damages that were undocumented on the car, and they will not accept our video taken on the day the car was rented.plus the person who gave their contact info for a direct line ignores our calls and doesn't return them anymore. Today we got off the phone with someone in the claims department and they were shocked to see that this location hasn't documented any history whatsoever on this car. I'm thinking this branch is full of scammers because they specifically suggested this car to my wife, and when she received it there was snow covering the vehicle. Meaning they didn't bother to check the condition of the vehicle at that time. I don't know what you guys are doing with your time there but I suggest using it to do some actual work on your cars and not just sit around trying to scam people for your paychecks.

If I could give a negative review I would. The staff was rude and hostile. I will be filling an official complaint

Beware! New owners and staff at this location. They out for money. Take photos of the vehicle before you leave. Also check the washer fluid and gas levels. Both were empty upon pick up. I had rented from this location in the past and absolutely never will again in the future. Will gladly post photos and documentation when I receive their 'quotes on the repair cost for damage I did not do. Am now being given different answers as to what their process is and they have kept my deposit for damages and also trying to scam my insurance. A lawyer is worth every penny not to be manipulated by these crooks

Best in town to rent a car. Hassle free process and they have the best vehicles. Also they provide phone assistance during the rental period if required.

A total lack of profesionalism, rented a car at the time of pickup the guy practically was coercing me to hire the insurance with them, when I have my own, in addition rhey called several times to a number which is not mine about the rental
