Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an amazing experience of working with Mitch, Nicholas, Sarah, Brandon, and the general manager, Mr. Patrick. While my vehicle was being repaired, I rented a car from Enterprise. Top notch service. The staff was really courteous, supportive, and efficient in getting me into a vehicle. The overall experience was very satisfying. This business Enterprise Rent-A-Car @404 Ontario street location is highly recommended.

While my truck was in the repair shop I had a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The staff were very friendly,
accommodating and quick to get me into a vehicle. They checked up on me throughout the rental. Overall experience was.very satisfying. Highly recommend renting from this company.

Hassle-free car rental, friendly staff. We had to change the car once because of a defective tire, it wasn't a problem at all. Great:)

Never ever have I had such good service from a car rental! I can't recommend this location enough. When 'the other' car rental informed me at 9: 30 am on the day I was to pick up my rental, that they had moved to another city, I was able to get a car from the lovely people at Ontario St rental. They were clean, professional and very very nice.

If I could put 0 I would, this ppl here have no experience at all ruined my whole long weekend, pls stay away from this car rental place.

I would like to personally thank this Enterprise location for making my vehicle rental experience exceptional. The service was 10/10 and super efficient. Huge shoutout to Liz! I had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise and dealing with Patrick, the general manager. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was smooth and hassle-free. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me useful tips on how to get around town, and even provided some fun recommendations for sightseeing & dining. Overall, I had an excellent experience due to his customer service skills. Thank you, Patrick!

We contacted two different branches in St. Catharines. The receptionist of our hotel talked to branch number 455, we were told that they had the 7-passenger vehicle we needed, and after getting price information, we went to the relevant branch by taxi at the given time. When we talked to the relevant personnel at the branch, he said that the vehicle was not available and instead of apologizing, he cavalierly stated that there was nothing he could do. We had to leave the branch we came to by taxi by calling a taxi again and wasted approximately 2 hours of our time. He was an employee with terrible communication. Another employee came and directed us to a different branch.
On the same day, we went to branch number 404 of the same company and the guys there quickly solved our problem by renting the vehicle we wanted.
I explained this incident that I personally experienced completely and without exaggeration. I would also like to state that we experienced a real victimization.

Sarah, one of the managers at the Ontario St, St Catharines location, is phenomenal. I had a rental from a different Enterprise location that would intermittently not start. She arranged a replacement over the phone with great urgency, I didn't even feel the need to explain my full experience with the vehicle!

She was a joy to work with and had a clear understanding of her customer's situation. With Sarah as their manager, I am confident her staff have someone earnest and empathetic to lead, support and teach them.

I had a reservation for a car and when I got there they didn’t have it available. Disappointing and careless.

Other than Patric.no one is really that much of a help but.when you are in need you can't really complaint. So, I'd still give 3 stars. Just picked up a vehicle. Detaling crew is not doing a great job

If I could give a negative star I would. Been here 4 times and everytime I’ve had an issue and this is the last time I’ll ever rent from enterprise. They’re shady business people and if you knew what was good for you you’d rather use Turo.

Edit: still a terrible company. You ask me to email you for more support send me a generic email and then never reply. This solidified the fact as to how bad this company’s customer service is. Still shady and still thieves.

This place is full of crooks! I would never EVER in a million years rent from this place. They literally scammed us of 1K because of their own mistakes. If you ever want to rent a car, steer very clear of this place!

For the second time they put there hands on my deposit money and take them 4 months so far and same answers every time following up will call them we sent an email blah blah blah and my hand still empty

All I can say is that the staff are very attentive, have a wide variety of cars to suit your needs, and make the checking in and out process seemless. I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs!

Experience is great so far. Very friendly staffs. Patrick served me and I was pleased with his professionalism. Got a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them and it is still with me. I will update this review if anything changes later while returning the car.

Nice team. Helped a lot to get my details verified. I was using their services last 3 weeks. Good rates and they helped to exchange to bigger cars as per my request. All the inspections and guidance were much appreciated.

I wish to rate them 0 if I could. Horrible services. Rented Toyota Rav4 from 404 Ontario St, St Catharines on 24th December, RA#8G63PH and they did not properly inform me of walk around. Told me to wait inside while he did walk around with a torch light and now while I return, they found a minor/tiny crack on driver side bumper which I showed them before pickup and told me that it is very minor and acceptable but they did not mentioned in their document. Now they have sent it to their own claim process and gotta wait on their big bill for this minor crack which I did not do. Have been screwd over from these guys and we never never return here. I am very disappointed about this.they are not helpful at all.
Just be careful when you pick up the vehicle, look carefully all around with a torch light and be sure they mentioned everything you showed them/any scratch or even any minor/tiny crack to the documentation and know your rights with rental car company's because they took advantage of me big time

I have been dealing with Enterprise car for several months now as I'm waiting for a car part. Every car I've had has been very clean and in great condition. Every interaction I have had with their employees has been fantastic. Every employee has been incredibly professional, friendly and polite. A great experience thus far.
