Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Place is a total slip hazard and manager is a total coward with no sense of customer service. Manager even put me on the do not rent list for every location Lmfao

Much to my surprise, renting from Enterprise at 2959 King Street East, Kitchener, has been the most enjoyable rental car experience by a large margine. I interacted with Nick, Kelly and Prabhat and they were all kind, helpful and a joy to speak with.

Further, Enterprise has become my preferred rental car provider because they offer FREE shuttles for pick up and drop off (before 4 pm). This service alone is a reasonable to come back, and the excellent customer service is an added bonus!

The guys here know how to perform best customer service to the customers, the staff is very friendly. Harsh was very helpful he made the process very simple and easy.

They do not give winter tires on their vehicles without a significant daily charge, my windshield washer fluid froze because it was not winter rated and it was the beginning of November. They sent me a car with one bar worth of fuel, the gas light came on almost immediately. My car was ready 10 days early so I was forced to return the vehicle with half a tank of fuel. WaRNING: they try to sell you extra insurance somewhat confusing people making them think their current insurance is not valid on the vehicle when it is. You do not need to pay for insurance on a rental vehicle ever. Don’t let them confuse you. Maybe if I paid an extra fee enterprise car rental would’ve given me winter washer fluid and not the summer blend. I rented this car November 2.

I had to use a rental while my car was having repairs done. It was my first time renting a car. The staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. I was very satisfied with my experience and the car I ended up with was exactly the kind I was hoping for.

I have been impressed with my experience there. The staff overall is quite helpful. The only reason why it is not a 5 star review is because the parking is very tricky with not a lot or spots to park nor room to move. Additionally, it was quite understaffed on a Saturday.

It’s always a pleasure to rent a car with Enterprise. They always win my Heart by doing some special glimpse. Thank you so much “Ashish” for helping me to chose best car for me and while returning on it you explained a well with all terms. Now Enterprise it’s my one and only destination for rent a car. It’s feels like I’m driving my own car. Once again thank you so much “Ashish” and “Enterprise” for everything.

I have using enterprise rental service since last few months. Their staff at King St E location is friendly, professional and efficient.

I got a chance to interact with Hayley and Jade, and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. They were knowledgeable about the different vehicle options and were able to assist me in selecting the perfect car for my needs.

This Enterprise location did a fantastic job looking after us from start to finish. Dhaval and Hayley were so friendly and efficient and made sure all details were looked after. They even arranged pick up and drop off. I certainly recommend this location.

Cars are good and customer service is next level. I specially want to mention RJ as his customer care makes us coming back.

Unfair as they turned a dent which was already there to my damage claim. They used my failure to take picture against me. Becareful of the manager in this place and take photos carefully. Unfair location

Hailey helped my wife and I in providing all the information as it was our first time booking a rental car ever and we had booked the car at Waterloo Airport.

We didn't know that the airport pick-up (managed by this location) doesn't work for local and it's only for people who fly-in but Hailey made an expception for us and helped us out of her way.

I've never had a bad experience dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and this location is the reason why. At my most recent visit, RJ was a super star, went above and beyond to accomodate my family needs for a long road trip! Highly recommend this branch to everyone in the tri-city area.

Update: Car drop-off process with Hayley was a breeze too! She made sure there were no issues with the final bill as I was dropping the car earlier than originally reserved.
