Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They gave me a car with no HORN.this is a safety issue. I was lucky i did not get into an accident but there were times where i needed to use it and i did not use it. I went to enterprise to get a replacement car (which had less than an 1/8th of a tank in it!) and they told me that they depend on the drivers to tell them if there is something wrong with the car. So are you telling me that you dont do inspections of your vehicles before you allow someone else to use it? What a poor excuse.

Excellent service on George Street. Great people working there. They always remain calm and helpful in such a busy place.

Friendly staff and quick service. I was returning a US plated car rented from a different location. No hassles and all done in few minutes.

They wouldn't even let me choose what car I rented when my insurance company pre-authorized $1,500 for car rental fees. I got ZERO input

I had an awful experience. All in all in took me 3 days to get my rental car thru insurance and my car was fixed in 4 days. The guy at the front is rude and has poor customer skills. I had expressed all details to Enterprise itself. So, all I'm going to say is find another place to get your car.

It was wonderful experience with them. I took my 1st time rental couple of days ago. Great customer service. Also they dropped me at my location when I ask them. Very kind.

Busy as could be and all out of cars, however Daniel was on it. He got me a vehicle and on my way in no time. I'll be back again, excellent work!

No assistance at all. Got my vehicle stollen 500kms away. The agency offered me no assistance. They advised me to go to another agency. I went to 3 different which all gave me the same answer. No replacement vehicle, you need to go to another agency.

I called to have a rental charged under a PO from a dealership and because it was not in their location they were not interested in helping me, even though they were closer to me than the one I was told to deal with. Very poor customer service.
