Excellent service at this location every time. I was moving recently and so had three separate bookings in the last few weeks. Both Blake and Dryden were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Enterprise St. Patrick Street location make my trip incredible pleasure. I was cancelled 3 days before my trip for the previous booking, assuming most of the locations in down did not do one-way booking for peak season. I altered the original plan and still got refused by other locations stating they required for one month in advance to reserve the vehicle even the website allowed bookings went through!
St. Patrick location is super convenient and friendly to tourists, and they made my pickup/return no hassles, they even offered to drop me off at train station to make sure I caught up on time for train upon returning the vehicle. Marco and Blake are proactive and excellent customer service. I was lucky to rent a car from this location and thank you.

Marco was very helpful and I would surely rent a car from Enterprise again.
He went above and beyond and did not rush me.
All the staff were great.
It was so nice to have people actually say hello with a smile.

I gave it one star but the star is particularly for st. John's Newfoundland airport enterprise. Most of the enterprise car rentals in Canada will accept a debit card if there is enough money in the debit card. But of course st. John's Newfoundland enterprise thinks that it's something special. So the one star goes to them? But I do give five stars to the enterprise on st. Patrick Street in Ottawa.

Too bad they don't accept a second attempt with a credit card, first attempt failed in charging the card, problem solved with the bank and then they don't accept a second attempt With the same card they lost the rental and I had to rent a car elsewhere on the same day.

Excellent customer service I pulled in with my rental one gentleman came out and greeted me after the second I got out of the SUV and inspected the car without any hassle and all is great! I will deal with this office when I go on my next journey home in North Eastern Ontario Thanks Team!

Extremely professional and courteous staff. After I had bad experiences renting from a competitor elsewhere in the city, it was so nice to deal with pleasant and helpful people who provided the right car at the prearranged time and were flexible about schedule changes. Convenient downtown location.

Could've been better, had no problems until dropping off the rental. Checked my credit card right after to find my card had been charged an additional $100 on top of my $5 balance. Called and went in Saturday morning as they were closed on Friday. Bobby the manager had no explanation as to why $100 had been authorized on my card day of bringing back the rental. Instead of admitting fault because a mistake was made, I was told nothing could be done. The only solution offered was to call and deal with it through the bank. Customer service could use some work. Very disappointing ending to my first rental experience.

Where to begin. You arrive into a parking lot surrounded by one-way streets. If you’re lucky enough to find the entrance that is. When you get there you’ll notice a lineup outside. You might think to yourself wow it’s the middle of winter and we have a stand outside with a giant waiting room empty in front of us. But don’t think like that. You should be lucky you even have somebody to give your money to and get terrible service. This is the new normal.

Amazing customer service and a large variety of vehicles in the fleet to chose. I was impressed by the management and took care of my rental need for travelling

Outstanding service at this location. One of the few that offers pick-up service. They truly go above and beyond. Incredibly friendly and professional.

We're coming from Ottawa to pickup the a car from them to go back home, they called us few hours before (on Saturday, when they close at 12: 00) to say that they can't give us the car even it's confirmed, we have to go or call others locations and they can't do anything for us, not even sorry for that.we get easy quick rent car ftom other company to go back home to Ottawa.

They just ruined our entire wedding plan. I will never ever book again with enterprise. You will never get the vehicle you reserved even if you have paid a lot of money to rent that vehicle.

Never had a problem with these guys & consider their attitudes & services awesome.
They treated me with utmost respect and the cars are always clean and well maintained. They treat customers with common courtesy.
I would definitely recommend this establishment to all my family & friends without hesitation or second thought.
The staff are quick on the draw as well as knowledged with regards to their paperwork & because of this you are outta there with your rental in no time.

Very bad experience. I booked online and confirmed my booking beforehand. At that time everything was planned to be okay. But while getting the car, they have forced me to take the large SUV which I clearly denied during my booking. It was 12th hour and I had no choice as they were not giving me any other option. No other car, No help. They also denied my discount voucher that I received during my booking. Overall Very bad experience. Please call the particular branch before you go in person.

Just be careful on their policy.
I rented a car for a few hours on a Saturday, but because they close at noon and "can't close the contract" before Monday (since they are closed Sunday) ; they will charge you two days and without even making mention of it. Super sketchy but I can't that has to be expected from any car rental companies. I would love to go somewhere else but sadly they are the closest car rental company within walking distance to me.

We visited this location (Patrick St, Ottawa) to ask to change our car pick up to this location in three days time. We approached the office and Cameron came outside to meet us, wearing a mask, he took our reservation details, double-checked his records inside and came out to us within 2 mins and confirmed that all was taken care of and we could pick up our car rental from this location. This change will save us at least an hour on our journey to Montreal. Cameron dealt with our request with in a very professional and speedy manner and achieved something that we thought was impossible when making the initial reservation. We highly recommend dealing with Cameron at this Enterprise location.

Centrally located at on Saint Patrick at King Edward in Lowertown. Good prices and very friendly and well-intentioned service from the agents. Recommended highly.

Have never had an issue with the company and certainly not this location. All the guys working were sweet and also cautious of Covid19. Car was super clean. All around awesome.

Don't rent here, they will try to scam you. They tried to blame us for a missing plastic reflector TWICE, which was documented in the history of the vehicle and we were told we were cleared. It's pretty obvious they thought I was some stupid young girl who would just bend to their demands.

I did not think renting a vehicle would be so painless! The staff was very polite and helpful, and the quote I recieved online is what I paid (plus coverage since my insurance does not cover rentals, but I believe it was optional!) - no hidden fees, would recommend to anybody 10/10. Thanks guys!

Reserved a vehicle online, just to get a call 10 mins later saying they can not honour the reservation. What is the point of having online reservations if they can't be honoured?

I just deleted my previous review. This has been. Updated February 25th 20/20. I have since been to Enterprise Rent-A-Car on St Patrick's. And I cannot say enough about these people. They are wonderful at what they do and how they handle people. They have a great selection of vehicles in wonderful condition. They definitely get five stars. And an extra five for being there for me when I actually needed a great Rent-a-Car company.

Not worth the time of day to go and see them, they scammed $350 from me and affected my credit all because someone on their end made a mistake.

The service was courteous and their new policy for renting a vehicle even if, like myself, you don't have a credit card brought me a sense of relief as I had to move things out of my apartment and my only other recourse would've been a hefty amount of expensive cab rides that I could simply not afford. Their choice of vehicle was varied and plentiful as well.

Was able to rent a car with ease. Staff was friendly, rented a brand new car and the price crushed what I would have paid Turo. Thanks Enterprise.

For years we only dealt with Avis. Their motto is" We try harder. "
Not so with us.
We had so many unfortunate disappointing experiences with Avis.rude.also.then saw a huge difference when we switched to Enterprise.
Avis was on several occasions bitterly disappointing. Two brothers operated a branch for many years downtown and were wonderful. After they left repeatedly all the others were never a high standard of service again.
Fortunately switched to Enterprise.now several years.
Honest. Professional. Congenial. They bend over backwards to please you. Honest.that is the best part.this branch is amazing at King Edward. Have had only good experiences each time and also the branch on St. Joseph in Hull.

Rented here on several occasions and my org has a corporate account with Enterprise. Reserved an 8am pickup - arrived and no cars on the lot as of 8: 50 and 5 clients are sitting here waiting. Extremely poor planning and no mitigation or customer care provided. I have to postpone my meetings.
