Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have terrible experiences with this Location. I had confirm reservation 2 times recently and both the time they didn't gave me any car and the staff is extremely very RUDE. Because of this, I was in tough situation and had to cancel my further reservation.

Both the time they didn't even offer me the replacement vehicle which is surprise to my experience.

Employees are not helpful. We booked a vehicle and we were not informed that the vehicle was not available. Options were not offerred. No assistance was given. Not even an apology was given. I strongly suggest not to use this branch.

Worst location for renting a car also they don’t even drop you to the location and the management is really bad such bad customer service

My sister just recently visit this rental, she rent the car for one month, and she returned the car
As promised and the manager not allowed to give the ride back to home 2km from their place, but when she pick up the car everything was beautiful. The staff is very nice. Expect the manger…… rude

Nothing but good things to say about this location. Hussen was very helpful and made my experience quick and easy. This will be the only place I come to rent a car from now on. Highly recommend this location

Got a rental car from these folks while my car was in the shop for an insurance claim. The truck they gave me ran beautifully, the staff where friendly and courteous, had a great experience here. Here highly recommended.

Ajiythan, Mohammed and Nicholas were extremely helpful and wonderful people at this 401 and Dixie location.

The staff at this location is amazing. They picked me up at my mechanic shop and dropped me off when I needed to pick up my car. Hussen even offered to help me take my things from the rental into my car. I would definitely recommend this location and be renting from them again

Rented a Kia Soul from here for a day. It was a nice ride. Customer service at this location I amazing. AJ was great. Appreciated the courtesy call ensuring that I was happy with the vehicle. The pick up and drop off service was exceptional as well. Will definitely rent from here again!

The leasing office has a nice and polite attitude from the individuals in charge of it. They even meet you with a warm welcome and a smile.

I rented a 2019 Kia Sorento from this location, the vehicle was clean-ish (still had bugs on the windshield, old gas receipts and an empty cup from the previous renter under the 3rd row) and AC was working which is nice. The reason for the 1 star review is that they did not service this vehicle at all because when you apply the brakes the vehicle shakes violently as you come to a stop. The front tires were also worn out and had an irritating humming noise coming from them as you drive. I had picked up the vehicle on a Friday at 8am and had returned it on Monday at 8am (since they're closed on Sunday) and was still charged for the Monday. Even though I had returned the vehicle right when they open they still charge me for the day? Not pleased with the vehicle or service, my first and last time renting from this location

Great experience great team. Gary was just phenomenal.he really helped me to get car i wanted. They didn’t have car in stock but the other guy went to other location to get one.

Amazing experience after my car got into collision provided me with the car asap then changed my rental car as requested always been helpful for any questions specially Gary and Nick went all the way to make sure my needs were met in addition all the staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s going to my first stop for any rental needs!

This place will give you a reservation and then give away your car. It's literally like a Seinfeld episode. The guy says the computer doesn't track inventory. They actually ask you to pay up front for a car that isn't there.

I’ve rented vehicles several times now from this very location, I just returned a pick up truck that I had for over a month… Great service and clean vehicles every time for me! Always a great transaction too, keep up the great service!

I ordered a car from this location a few weeks ago, got promised a pickup and they never arrived and was told no cars available even though I had a reservation.
Today with another reservation I was driven to this location and again told no cars available, I asked the purpose of reservations and had no response. Terrible location that ruins your plans each time.

I have been using Enterprise internationally for more than 10 years. This location meets the standard I have become accustomed to. My car has been giving me problems recently, and I was too busy to add buying a new car to my immediate schedule. This Enterprise has made renting with them a pleasure. They even helped me with a monthly rate. I will most definitely continue to use this location at Aerowood in Mississauga. Michael and his team are amazing to work with.

Update: Unfortunately, the amazing manager Micheal was moved to another location. I stopped using this location due to new management and area management that have proved to be very unprofessional, a bit deceitful, and unfortunately a bit discriminatory towards my gender (for lack of a better word). It took months to have a deposit returned to me, no fault of my own. Instead of the new manager admitting he made a few mistakes of which humility and honesty go a long way in customer service, he decided to cover with bravado and haughtiness. I haven't returned to this location in almost a year due to new management and the same being proved true for the area manager. I have unfortunately had to report this location to the US headquarters. However, it's difficult for them to oversee their Canadian branches. I am a Platinum member, and I advise you to find another car rental company for your peace of mind in totality.

I recently had rented a car from this Enterprise chain located on 1475 Aerowood Dr, Mississauga. I was referred to this facility from the auto-body shop where I had left my car for some insurance-covered repair.

Pros:
- Convenient location, (it was in the vicinity of the auto-body shop)
- Courteous and polite staff
- Cleanliness
- Provides customer pick-ups and drops

Cons:
- No Proof of Return
Upon returning the car I had filled the fuel tank to full, (even more than what it had upon the pickup), and it was checked inside and out by the staff for any scratches or damages. Yet, I received nothing in writing - i.e. No paper or email document to that effect.

Based on this experience I am giving this facility 4 stars not 5.

I do not know if this was their corporate-dictated process or specific to this chain, nonetheless, they have an opportunity here to improve their return process.

Walk-in car rental, branch rental manager was very professional and helpful. Great location and selection of vehicles. Everything was very clean and well run with pandemic protocols.

Pretty decent for a rental place. Just return your car back by yourself. And make sure you put back the gas. Otherwise you pay double.

Rented a Van full of dog hair. I am allergic. Couldn’t find a replacement. And no one could help. If enterprise rent a car is going to fine customers for having pets in the rented car as per their policy, then a customer getting a vehicle full of pet hair should fine them and get a full refund back.

I busted my car in early December, and that experience was unwelcome to say the least. The folks at this Enterprise location were kind, patient, helpful, professional, and understanding. Every time I called with a question they had the answer, they made switching vehicles a breeze, their service was fast, and the cars themselves were pristine. In particular, Emma on staff was helpful over the phone and in-person, but everyone else I interacted with here was also great to speak with. Cannot recommend this location enough, and if the rest of the brand operates the same way, then if you're looking to rent a car, I will always look for that green "e"!

Needed a rental car due to repair of my own SUV and the manager at the aerowood location was able to help me out. I was riding on a brand new jeep wrangler in minutes.

My return was done fast and the courtesy drop off was included in the service.

I have been with enterprise for a while but I always use the Pickering location which is AMAZING. I was in Mississauga and tried this out and I didn’t have a pleasant experience. The lady there who happens to the the assisting manager I believe wasn’t helpful and very sarcastic. I made a complain but I doubt they would follow it up. I’m definitely never going back there

Michael Ryan is the guy to go to. Michael helped me recently. He was very professional, helpful and supportive. He was willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for me. I'm very grateful that he helped me on something that he could have walked away from. Thank you Michael RYAN.

3/03/20 I rented a car for 2 days, I accendentally forgot my phone holder (30$) in the car. Called the same Day and asked can they somehow find it, they said they will find it and call, and they never called. The next day after my call they told me to look in they're lost & found. It wasn't there. The manager said it's your fault that you forgot it they're (entitiled manager voice). After every rent they have to clean the car, they would have found the lost item if they would have cleaned the car. Also the car was extremely dirty.
Finally 11/03/20 they called us and told me that they found the phone holder and told us to pick it up.

They pick you up. You get there. You pick up a car. You return it. No surprises. Solid experience.

Efficient place with good customer service but cars themselves need better checking. First car was Kia Soul and transmission sometimes did not resume drive after a full stop and one tire leaked. Returned and got a Corolla which wasn't fully detailed. Washer fluid was low, interior wasn't cleaned but it drove well. Probably the holiday busyness had to with what seemed like rushed car QC.

Good place to rent good vehicles, I had bad experience with other enterprise locations. This location had more vehicles to select. Thumbs up for their service.

Great service from the team here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car rental but worried they might get caught with the 'upsells' or surprise fees.none of that here and I've used them several times over the last 3Y

Employees were friendly, accommodating, and very impressive multi-taskers. They had a shortage of cars tho, minus points to management and prediction skills. Overall still worth it.

I drove for 70 km. The car pumped over 12 L of fuel. The car was obviously not full when I got it. When I complaimed to the manager, he wouldn't refund me any money for the gas. I also witnessed that they use these cars to drive around. They expect customers to cover their fuel costs.

Quick service and polite staff. Calling the service line was also easy, staff gave me clear responses.

This morning i had a bad experience in aerowood mississauga location. I was told that there is a scratch and some paint went off which i have told when i took for rent. But the rep did not note that. Now that i paid from my pocket for the damage. I was not happy with the service.

Wasted an entire business trip. I booked rental car recently in Greece, Vietnam, New Zealand.why not possibke in my Canada? So I booked one of their car online in reading carefully their policy as I don't have credit card.so they'd accept MasterCard debit card (foreign only not Canadian ones). I called the agency to be sure I can use the damn card, they denied the form of payment written while booking and in no way I'd be able to pickup the car without any credit card. Called the support calling center, they confirmed their written online policy but after calling different of their agencier they were surprised they use different rules. They told me they'd file an internal complaint for me and try one of their airport agency. No more success. Other rental companies in GTA are honest, they write from the beginning credit card only, no time lost!

Quick efficient service. Not offered a choice of vehicle. Would have preferred one with navigation.

Great customer service! I recently had to rent a vehicle twice within a couple motnths due to uncertain circumstances and each time I was pleased with the service received. (negative) - 5 star service on my last 2 calls when I called them to inquire about renting a car for more than 10 days! Guys, avoid this location and their representatives unless manager or owner cares about it.its big business but guy wasn't interested in talking and was rude over the phone while booking.so you can imagine the service we can expect once booking is done.
