Had a reservation booked through my insurance company. Reservation was made a week ago & no-one showed up to the pick up location. Called the branch & the guy on the phone was rude, claimed there was no reservation even tho i have the confirmation email & offered no other option to help the situation. Dont bank on being secure with your reservations from this company far less this branch.

My insurance company provided me with a rental car for a few days through Enterprise. The process was easy, the staff members were friendly, the car was clean and a good match for my SUV being repaired. I was able to leave the rental car at the bodyshop after receiving my fixed car. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Everything went according to plan. I reserved my car online and came on Saturday to pick up my rental. Ahmed and Omar helped me with the rental process. They asked me if I needed anything else. I really appreciated the customer service I received from Omar and Ahmed and the attention to detail. Thanks Omar and Ahmed.

To make a long story short, they provided us with a very dinged up and poorly maintained car, which then broke down in Montreal and left us stranded. We were told it would be quick and easy to get a replacement vehicle. Instead we spent an entire afternoon of our vacation at the Montreal airport Enterprise counter, where the employees were extremely rude and dismissive.

I followed up directly with Enterprise - Stittsville but they did not respond to my email.

While waiting in Montreal, there were 2 other families who’s rental vehicles had also broken down. I’ve used Enterprise many times in Western Canada with no issue, but it seems in Eastern Canada they rent out vehicles that are unsafe and unreliable.

Natiq was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Vehicle was exactly what he described, clean and full of gas ready for our family’s road trip. He took the time to show me how the options worked so I was comfortable with the new vehicle and made sure I’d get the most out of my rental.

Highly recommend this team and location.

They are only getting one star because that's the minimum. Stolen vehicle and stranded in Ottawa. Wed to Sat kept promising vehicles end of day, or next day, then cancelled. Not helpful at all. Didn't return calls. Every person I spoke to told me a different story. Enterprise is worst rental company I have ever dealt with.

I had an amazing experience. After weeks of stress to get my car fix. My insurance sent me to this location. I was worried that the rental wouldn't meet my needs especially that I'm driving an audi and I'm picky. I was worried that my daily moves would be affected. Dryden (the assistant manager) and the rest of the team hooked me up. They hooked me up with a Nice luxurious SUV thats double the size of my car. I'm able to go to work and workout with no problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Zero of their vehicle are equipped with winter tires, horrible service, I am doing a long term rental and they will not get me something with winter tires or awd, this Kia I have is an actual death trap, does not stop, or turn, it’s the middle of winter in Ottawa these cars are horrible! I will not use entierprise again

First thing you notice is the strong cigarette smell mixed with something we couldn't pinpoint. Dash was very dusty, sticky substance in middle console and disgusting food and other debris in between the seats. Dismissive attitude received after mentioning it upon returning the vehicle, I would never rent from this location again. Paying clients expect better service.

Successfully reserved an “intermediate” car, but I ended up getting a tiny Mitsubishi Mirage: (. Not happy. Extremely uncomfortable vehicle (I am 6’3”). At least I got a car and the car was impeccably clean…

I was a regular customer of Enterprise but my recent experience has made me switch to other company. Worst location/company to rent a car. I rented a Dodge Durango and the car was handed over in a filthy state. They just showered it from outside but the mats and seats were disgusting from previous rental. Also while returning I forgot my expensive shades in the car and when I reached out to them after a week, they completely denied they found anything in the car. Completely unacceptable behaviour from the staff and administrators.

Vehicle was damaged on May 21st during the windstorm and claim was reported same day. Intact Insurance arranged for a rental car on the 25th. Enterprise called me promptly after the adjuster hung up and arranged the rental and provided a reservation number.

I secured a ride for the 124km trip to the Enterprise office where the Branch Manager told me that they have no vehicles due to a major recall. Transport Canada.no recalls that day. Branch Manager said he tried to call me 30 minutes before I showed up which wasn't true as he had my correct number and I showed him my recent call history.no such call not that it would have made a difference.

Now it turns out that due to the windstorm there was a run on rental cars due to the windstorm. The recall.a red herring. They just gave my reserved vehicle away.

Intact used to have 2 rental carriers, Enterprise and Discount but Enterprise purchased Discount so Enterprise now has a monopoly. The insurer is to pay for a comparable vehicle but Enterprise doesn't really cater to the pickup truck owner and none of their vehicles are equipped with a trailer hitch.

I have had good experiences with Enterprise in the past but this particular location has fallen short twice. No solutions or anything offered by this branch manager.ie another reservation later in the week.

At any rate, I found a vehicle at a better rate. I did not appreciate the wasted 248km round trip. A heads up when they found out about this purported recall might have saved me the trip.

Disappointed with the service. Was more than 30 minutes late (45 minutes late), wasn’t able to get the vehicle I was expected to accommodate for packing and was given a smaller vehicle Which cannot accommodate half of our travels And was not given a warning or a call or anything. Found out after waiting for 45 minutes. Still paying the same price for the larger car aswell.

Made a reservation 1 week in advance and arrived in the morning to pick up the vehicle with no answer at the door. Returned back at 9: 00am and had a line up out the door with everyone being told the wait is over 45 minutes long. He took all of our last names and was told he’d be right with us. Made us wait over an hour to tell me my vehicle hasn’t had an oil change in over 5000km and he cannot give me the car.

This location is constantly under staffed. Today the manager was cleaning the cars, answering phone calls and servicing customers. I’ve rented
from this location many many times and the service has been declining time after time. Connor has always been helpful but those above him need to take care of this place. There is as a total of 5-8 angry customers turned away or left upset while I was there.

I booked 2 weeks ago to pick a car with 7 seats at the body shop when I dropped my car for repair. I end up take car with 4 seats and I have 4 kids! How I am going to put my kids? And I I get tickets who going to pay? So disappointed for the service

Awful experience, They reserved a vehicle a day before and when I went on a location they say they dont have any car left. No phone call no notice. When I asked a person working if he can give me a ride back home he said he is the only one working. Nothing towards him but this place is badly managed. I had to ride back and forth through UBER for no reason. Enterprise used to be good with their service. I rented from this location more than 6 times but customer loyalty means nothing.

One too many bad experiences with this location. From cars with Christmas tree of lights on the dash, to low air, bad wipers, no snow brush in the winter, no washer fluid, and now turned away because they can’t organize them selves accordingly won’t be going back to this location ever again!

The customer service is great! They gave me a car I didn’t want but I was able to switch out the unwanted car at another Enterprise location. It’s either the place is very busy or they don’t have a lot of cars in their fleet. So be sure to reserve the car maybe 2-3 weeks before and arrive on time.

Management, aka Connor makes this location a 1/10 for customer experience. I left my CC at home and was prepared to make a deposit (which was totally fine a month prior). Connor refused to make any exceptions to a “new” CC rule that did not apply a month prior. He left me scrambling for a ride in the middle of my workday. Terrible customer service skills. Would not ever use in the future. Based on other feedback received I am not alone in experiencing his very rigid management style. While sitting on the curb outside in the freezing cold waiting for a ride I also heard employees discussing how terrible he is to work for/ with. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Good overall experience but they should have a bigger inventory.

Staff- friendly and efficient.

Enterprise- this is not location specific but I don’t understand why Enterprise allows you to book a vehicle if it’s not available at a particular location? Enterprise should work on their website to update this info. I had booked a vehicle a week ahead and it wasn’t available when I went to pick up in the evening was told will be ready the next morning, next morning I was upgraded to another vehicle (upgrade is not good when you are looking for functionality rather than style or luxury) out of curiosity I tried to book my original vehicle and surprisingly enterprise was saying it’s available. It’s so misleading and Enterprise should really fix that.

The server was pretty good before but not recently. Last Saturday, I spent more than 1 hour waiting for them to pick me up but they still did not show up, and I gave 4 calls to enterprise kanata store and they said someone will be my home in 15-20 minutes but not although my house is only 3-minute away from enterprise. Eventually I drove there myself but they did not apologize. I probably won't select enterprise as my choice to rent the car in the future.

Car had over an inch of ice in the driver's side floor area. Warning messages on the console are 'normal' apparently, told just to drive the car.

Helpful and friendly staff. My travel agent made the reservation so I received a good rate. The car was clean and tidy. They gave me a ride home after I returned the vehicle.

Friendly staff, just too casual and slow. They took way too long to get my van ready. I waited 35 minutes before I just had enough and cancelled. It was really upsetting because I told them I had to get to a place before it closed. I asked them 25 into waiting that I would need it soon. I stood by the desk for another 10 minutes and still nothing. All they were doing was talking and joking around. The one guy just seem to be taking his jacket on and off the entire time. I've said enough. Not going back.

Great customer service, they came to pick me up and had a car ready and cleaned for me in no time. Walked me through everything I needed to know. Alot of credit goes to the young lad that helped me out because he was pretty new to the job.

Rude. I booked online and reserved a vehicle which wasn’t actually available at the time I had requested. Was impolitely made to wait while the front desk employee put out other fires & still had no vehicle for me. Brutal. Not impressed. When I asked where the car was, the manager’s answer was “I got to where I am because of how committed I am to customer service. ” Side note- 2 other customers were with me and had the exact same experience.

Rent a car with 1/2 fuel, which recorded in contract. When return the car as more than 3/4, still be charged for 27 dollars because the fuel is not fill. Already called them to declare it, but still not receive the refund.

Customer service is rude and unprofessional. I dealt with them twice and in both cases I had a bad experience. Although I had a reservation already before heading to their location, in both cases, I had to sit there for 30-40 minutes waiting for the car. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a rude and arrogant manager called Luke.

Even when doing the visual inspection of the car before leaving the lot, Luke was pushy, hasty and unprofessional.

Contacted kanata enterprise rent-a- car today to rent a car through dealership program which was specified/directed by Volvo dealerships. The person from enterprise, declined to look for a car explaining that we are too busy to find a dealership discount vehicle at this point. We are busy with our regular rent a car program and would not entertain the request. It was a frustrating experience and would never recommend anyone to go there. Horrible service! Not willing to help clients through dealership channel as there existing sales is going well because of bad weather. Horrible way of doing business.

Enterprise agent flat out lied to me. I called to rent a cargo van and the agent told me they’re no longer renting out cargo vans at that location due to “customer service issues”. I questioned him by replying that I rented a cargo van from that exact location a month ago, he said it’s a new policy but he can send me to a different location. I declined his offer and told him I would go somewhere else.
Soon after, I called a colleague who needed to rent a cargo van from that very location only one day ago. She received a much different answer from her agent. Agent happily gave her cargo van and said nothing about the their “new cargo van policy”. After hearing this I called back the location and was connected with a different agent. I explained what happened and questioned him on it, he asked me the name of agent I spoke to but I didn’t remember the name so he put me on hold while he found out who it was. I didn’t want to wait so I hung up annoyed and confused. I’ve rented many times from this location and never had a bad experience until now.
