Professional and friendly service on every visit. Staff - Peter, Howard, Maddie - always helpful. It is a busy office, but they always treat people well and I have been happy with the rental vehicles provided. Great that you immediately receive an email with your agreement. Booking directly with Enterprise online using your Enterprise Plus membership facilitates a quick check-in/check-out process. Well recommended.

I forgot wallet and $470 cash in the glove box, after dropping of the car. Sad they only gave me back the wallet only although money was on top of the wallet. The wallet was taken from the box before renting it out. I have filed the case at the police station against this location.

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this location not worth it. The employees are not honest!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with enterprise Ajax following a collision I had. Howie was so helpful in securing me with a vehicle the day after my location and picking me up. Everyone at the front desk was so pleasant and communicated with me when my insurance company messed up my coverage dates! Haha and a special shout out to Christina who was so sweet and helpful when it was time to drop off my vehicle. We made the mistake of leaving the spare key at our house and she was so accommodating in helping us resolve the issue before we got charged extra. Thanks Christina!

My family and I have been renting cars from this location for as far back as I can remember.

It was my first time back here since 2019 and the experience was a full 180 from what it was before. DJ (Manager) at this location was extremely hospitable and attentive. Not only did she take the time to ensure that the vehicle I reserved online was up to par with what I needed at pickup, but her and the team came out to meet me at the car during drop off, making it one of the easiest car rentals ever.

This no attitude, convenient, and friendly demeanour has definitely set me up to come back again without hesitation.

All the positive reviewers are clearly fake. I called and some guy picked up, got my phone number and put me on hold for ten minutes. Called again and was put on hold right away. This happened just now. I now they close in half an hour but I had a quick question and shouldn’t be put on hold without my consent. Ridiculous clearly these people just wanna go home as fast as possible. Also don’t bother writing more reviews, they have a spiel for everyone.

Amazing experience.
Excellent customer service from Peter and Omar. Carlos gave us the best shuttle ride I have ever experienced. It came with a side of comedy. Will defiently be coming back and I highly recommend this place.

I needed a car for emergency, The Enterprise was closed, however Branch Manager Peter Vice was just closing the store, he helped at that moment to rent a car.
I am really impressed by the extra ordinary customer service, i should recommend everyone do visit this store as they really treat their customer well.

Google does not let you give 0 stars and should becasue these guys have earned the 0. They use to be decent before covid, but now it seems like they have found people that are worse at lying than use car salesmen. Don't trust what they say and expect them to lie a lot. Expect slow bad service and the worst car they can find.

Had a very pleasant experience at the Ajax Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I had their rental car for about a month due to my accident and they accommodated me with a newer Mazda hatchback for a simpler sedan price due to their availability and were wonderful in helping me with my rental agreement even when my dumb insurance would not. I dealt with Gawani (sorry if this is wrong spelling) on my pick up and drop off and she was a delight; overall great customer service and very accommodating. Thank you enterprise and Gawani (hopefully correct) you were wonderful! Definitely recommending:)

I had an minor accident, then the insurance company rented me a car from enterprise Ajax. After 2 weeks I see a charge on my credit card from enterprise I tried to contact them they still haven’t got back to me. I havent got any receipt or any invoice why am I charged for this. So be aware of those

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. AJAX ENTERPRISE do not have the same philosophy as they the rest of the organization. I made a reservation for a full size SUV way in advance and did 2 follow ups close to my reservation day, however, they still managed to drop the ball. They keep giving me excuses after excuses without a resolution. I will never again going to use this location.

We had the misfortune to be hit from behind 3 weeks ago while driving on 401. As soon as we called our Insurance, they got in touch with the Enterprise in Ajax and were able to secure us a rental for the week.
I am very impressed by the kindness, empathy and professionalism Enterprise showed upon our arrival. Within minutes we had our rental and our journey continued.
When we returned our rental, Omar Zaheri inspected the car and within minutes we were gone. Very fast, effective and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend anyone that would like a rental handled by knowledgeable and professional staff to come to this place. Will use them again if there will be a need in the future.

We had called In advance to pick up a vehicle with an insurance claim reference number. When I came in to pick up a car after my accident as I was carless to get to medical appointments, the representative gave us Omar k opened the door and yelled we’re closed! With an extremely rude tone and laughed when I’m experiencing severe back injuries after we had explained what had happened, having a laugh at my severe back injury. I felt awful and we had booked advance given the circumstances after driving 45 mins to the Ajax location as they had confirmed the only locations to have vehicles on their lots. Omar K then confirmed he didn’t care and we had to escalate to a manager. We felt horrible, betrayed and poorly served with no remorse or willingness to help. Omar gave us horrible service and Management needs to be made aware. Please follow up on the next steps as this is unacceptable and we cannot be running a rental business in 2022 this way folks. Let’s be realistic here. Your rep Omar contributed with poorly executed communication with zero empathy at your Ajax location especially when I had experienced a severe accident with a claim number and I still have no vehicle! Been 4 days and no way to get to work. This feedback is important and customers expect great customer service and not mock customers’ physical tremendous pain after we had explained my severe accident. Kindly follow up correct steps as his professionalism was inexistent yesterday. Thank you

Pleased with the customer service experience.
I was given options to chose a car from. The car I received was clean and sanitized. For delivering the car, I arrived later than the drop off time and so upon informing Umar, he was flexible and understood my dire situation. I wasn't charged extra.
Christina was extremely thorough and professional with her work. She got all formalities completed in a friendly yet efficient manner. An asset for sure.

Rob and team use to run this location very well. Unfortunately the current management team needs some coaching or perhaps they are doing great and myself and my neighbour just had poor experiences.

Great to hear they have restarted with a new team and hope the service is consistent going forward. If you had a poor experience with Kyle/Tarique etc. Give enterprise ajax a shot again as they are gone. Henry was a delight to deal with. Cars need a little more cleaning though! These guys charged me for an insurance claim rental almost a month ago.fighting to get my refund when I shouldnt have been charged at all. Still haven't got it back yet! Never recommending Enterprise (especially this location) to anyone. Absolutely terrible service. They never had any luxury vehicles available even when I was promised they had one. Wasted my time driving me to BMW dealership to pick up rentals that weren't even there! Customer service has yet to reply to my emails as well. They have yet to call me back and give me any updates as well.

The insurance company sent me to Enterprise. Wonderful choice! Polite, courteous, everything you need after an accident. Their vehicle was spotless. No more pages and pages of paper. All electronic based. They picked me up at home and then dropped me off afterwards.

Definitely the place to go to if you need to rent. Thank you everyone at Enterprise!

This place is nothing but headaches. I've been in here twice, I have had two below average experiences. They are not getting anymore business from me.

I recommend Hertz OR if you like frustrating experiences and dealing with teenage girls on the phone then by all means go to enterprise rental in Ajax.

Whoever runs your phones needs to be fired. Go through these reviews. I've had the same experience and I don't go to enterprise anymore because of your employees. Cheers.

I give 4 start to this entreprise location because of my good experiences since I start renting car with entreprise 4 years now. Mostly, I want thanks Josh, for his kindness and helps. He makes you feel comfortable, he explains everything good and he pay attention to customers question and requests. I like him, I didn't expect to see him at bayly location as I was looking for him. I like when he helps me when car rental. He used to work at pickering location that where I met him for the first time and because of him pickering location was my best location I wouldn't go rent car anywhere else then at pickering but since I couldn't see him there anymore. I try twice to go rent there but the new manger there always turns me off with her attitude. So I stop going at pickering location and start going at bayly. I was so happy to see him there. I hope he will stay there for a little while.

Thanks for your hard work and Mostly advice Josh. The mazda you suggested me yesterday I love it. I love the experience.

Charged me twice when returning the vehicle. Called them up to fix their mistake, and spoke to a female rep, that was anything but helpful. Had to call the head office to have it fixed. Should send their employees to proper training, not to double charge, and to be able to fix their errors. Not happy

I do not reccomend going to this location. My vehicle was in the shop for repairs and I needed a rental until it was ready. I went to this location for a rental. The man serving me went to sanitize a vehicle for me. While he was gone I noticed another vehicle on the lot and asked another staff if it was available because I would prefer to take that one. She went to check came back and said it was available, she said she would let the guy know I wanted that one instead of the other. I was happy. My happiness went away when the guy came back and told me it was not. I asked why would another staff say it was and you're saying no. I did not believe him. (TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE)

I drove off in the car he gave me, while driving i had to hold the steering tight because want to go in its own direction. It appeared the alinement was off or a problem with the steering. I called back to report what was happening. I waited on the phone for a good 5 mins to be told there was no other vehicle for me, I can bring it back and wait for them to fix the issue.

I called the Bowmanville location and spoke to a very nice lady and explained my concerns. She was concerned and said she will call the ajax location and speak with the manager for me. A few minutes later I received a call from the guy who served me at the ajax location telling me he has a vehicle for me. Why did it have to take lady at the Bowmanville location for to get another vehicle.

I will NEVER go back to the Ajax location and I will NOT refer anyone I know there. It appears this guy who served me, I think his name is Christopher.chooses what carche gives to individuals by what his feelings are toward them. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Reserved 2 different vehicles. One was in an accident the other location there was not the vehicle we wanted. Then at the 3rd location the 2nd driver had to have a credit card and was not told which was the reason I was there so my niece could use the vehicle. What a waste of the day and no car in the end.

I picked up a rental at a different enterprise, I wasn’t too happy with what I picked up cause I was told I’d be getting a premium car but instead got a standard car. Every location was sold out of most their cars which is totally understandable. I called customer service and told them I wanted to swap the car and am I able to swap it at any location? They said yes just bring the car to any location and they will swap it. I called the Ajax location and spoke to an agent, explained the situation and as soon as I told him I wanted to swap the Volkswagen Passat for a premium car, he shut me off saying that we can’t do it, it’s COVID and we don’t swap cars. That is understandable as well but I asked him is it just for today or anything? He said at ‘his’ location they don’t swap cars and they can’t do it. Before I asked any more questions, he gave me attitude, said thank you and have a good day. Coming from a customer service environment and managing different stores in my career, this was horrible service from someone trying to offer me a service that is being paid for. If it wasn’t for my insurance, I’d never want to do any business with Enterprise just cause if this experience.

I didn’t have a great experience with this location. I rented from them end of November and I handed them my credit card and drivers license at the time of the rental. I thought everything was OK until I received three separate letters from enterprise. One of them being a collections letter for an outstanding balance from my rental.

I called the branch to ask them why I was receiving letters to an old address. They said that they had been trying to reach me and they couldn’t collect the amount due on my credit card because they didn’t put it in the system properly.

I was extremely annoyed because I pride myself in having excellent credit and now they have sent $100 to a collection agency because of their error. I tried to call the branch and got subpar service. I was promised the accounting team would contact me to clear the balance, and I still haven’t heard back.

When i originally got the car it was a little more than half, when I brought back the car I had it little less then full. Usually they would give you a free upgrade or gas on your next rental, I wasn’t offered either at this location.

Overall a very good experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I walked in on a Sunday, after my personal vehicle broke down, and was given a brand new, showroom clean truck. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. And after returning it a few days later, was offered a ride home. I hopefully won’t be needing a rental anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be returning.

Rented a car to go to US when we visited Canada. Rented a Lexus LS 350 and was pleasantly surprised at the daily pricing. You cannot even dream about this pricing in Australia. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had with border crossing to US and Best routes to take and about tolls etc. The car was very clean and in good condition and performed flawlessly just like a Lexus in the snowstorm we experienced in Washington DC. I already hired a Dodge Charger from a different branch earlier and was very happy with Enterprise rent a car and so was a returning customer. Will return again.

Had the best experience here last weekend renting a car for the weekend. I rent often and this place was by far the best customer service experience.
When we arrived they were busy, but got to us quickly and were knowledgeable and friendly.
Another person took us out to check out the vehicle, which was in great condition and we were on our way.when i returned it, same experience, fast, friendly and offered me a ride home.will definitely return:)

Horrible customer service. They asked us to leave for asking them a simple question. Nicole forks if that’s her real name acted very rudely and asked us to leave and rent somewhere else. I found her attitude very racist toward us. My sister in law is pregnant, I couldn’t take her to the hospital cuz we were asked to leave just cuz I asked her a question and if you guys check the cameras, u will see how politely I was with her and I even said miss look at the way I am speaking to you and how you are replying to me. Ajax location is the worse. I am pleased to say I rented the car from a diff company today and I wouldn’t recommend this company And specially the location to anyone.

Worst experience, customer service horrible. Nicole Forts was rude and doesn’t know how to talk with clients. The black guy working today (Sunday) was also very rude and not helpful. They refused to take our business and wanted us to go to a different location. Nicole was very racist.

Horrible customer service. I usually deal with the Markham branch on heritage road and they were amazing for the last 8 years. I recently moved to Ajax, and decided to rent from this location. I put my reservation through on a Sunday and called Thursday morning to confim my Friday pick up. At that point I was told that I will not be getting my vehicle at my corporate rate, each employee gave me a different reason as to why. One said that someone leaked our corporate code, another said it was a branch decision, and then said it was a corporate decision later on. I asked for this "change" in writing so I could show my HR and was never sent the notice. I called another location and they happily took my code and had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned that their colleague had said that our company code was no longer valid.

Ever since managers Rob and Sal left this location, this location went straight down the toilet. The customer service is horrible; it's the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business. Enterprise Ajax is operated like a back-alley business. My reservation was for 11am – this is back in May on the 11th – but when I got to the Ajax location they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I waited there for 2 hours and they sent me to a Scarborough location to pick up my rental vehicle. When I got to the Scarborough location, I was told that the Ajax location never told them I was coming by to pick up a vehicle. So, I had to wait again until they found a vehicle for me. Eventually, I got a rental vehicle roughly 5 hours later, with an unbearably terrible smell. I returned it back to the Ajax location ASAP, as I couldn’t stand the smell. To make my experience even worse, these people over at the Ajax location claimed that I had lost two of their vehicles and billed my credit card for an entire month after I returned the car. Eventually, after viewing their security cameras, they found out that I had previously returned the vehicles, and they’ve since sold the vehicles that they claimed were missing. After a month of headaches and holding my credit card hostage, I got a phone call from Graham, saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience. " No compensation was given to me. Recently, on Saturday, August 3, I booked an SUV for a week, and I prepaid with my Enterprise points. When I arrived at the location, I was basically told sorry, we gave away your vehicle that you prepaid for because it's a long weekend and my reservation didn't matter, even though I had prepaid for the vehicle. I called customer service several times two weeks ago, and I was told that my payment would be returned because I had never received the rental. Currently, I haven't received my payment back, nor have I received any sort of compensation. This poor level of customer service has became the norm for them at the Ajax location. Contacting customer service is a joke and a waste of time. To anyone having issues with this company, don't waste your time with them; just file a consumer complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Eventually they will have to clean up their act. I will not be going back to this location.

I went here for the 1st time and the service was beyond my expectations. I had reserved a hyundai elantra online the previous night. On getting there, i was told they no longer have the car that was booked but offered me two other options (a chevrolet malibu 2018 for the same price or a brand new bmw 330i 2019 for $20 extra (for two days). I went with the bmw without much thought. The fellow who attended to me was beyond amazing and very friendly. Im not one to rent cars but i will definitely be going back there. If i had more stars i would give it. Great job guys!

Rented from this place 3 times and I can officially say that I'm really happy with the service with this particular branch. The staff are absolutely awesome. Friendly and helpful. An excellent combination! I like the services that Enterprise has to offer but this particular branch is just straight up awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to rent a car.

I visited this location around two weeks ago, I was surprised to find out a whole team, including the manager, had left (got promoted). I frankly believe the former manager and his team were much friendlier and more professional. I had to leave the location because I was not offered a good deal despite the fact that I was a customer there. I just decided to stop going there, because I found better services at a nearby location.

SCAM ARTISTS/STOLE BY ENTERPRISE

I was in a car accident on january, 04 2019,

I was sent to enterprise, by the towing company, where they asked me about the claim number, once I didn't have it yet I called my insurance and handed over my phone to their front desk guy, who TALKED DIRECTLY TO MY INSURANCE and got everything he needed from them, once he finished he said it was ALL set and JUST ASKED my credit card information and initial, NEVER ASKED if I wanted extra insurance,   and NEVER  let me know he was including the insurance anyway,   once Enterprise says they have very well trained people and ALL other rental companies I had been, they ALWAYS ask if we want to get their insurance and the guy TALKED DIRECTLY TO MY INSURANCE company,   I assumed he knew MY INSURANCE going to pay and DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE I get extra insurance for a car rented BY MY INSURANCE.a few days later I noticed they charged $316,24 and said I "accepted" to pay their insurance, WHAT NEVER HAPPENED,   I had suffered a car accident few hours early, I had pain in my arm, I was worried about going to see a doctor, plus worried with work, I trusted Enterprise had people well trained, I trusted when they knew what they were doing and even after I wrote them 2x asking for the refund, I DIDN'T GET ANY answer!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’ve been here 3 times so far and the customer service is mind blowing. I’ve never been anywhere where EVERY single person I dealt with (literally 6 people I spoke to) where the service is incredible. Extremely nice and efficient staff. I also forgot my garage door opener in the car when I was dropped off and Alyssa was kind enough to notice and dropped it back off.

The first impression and checking in was the worst experience I have ever had with any Enterprise location due to the treatment and aggressive manner from one of the managers, including giving me a vehicle that had no Gas…that was a 1 star. Then came an email from another manager which compensated me for the poor customer service…that compensation regained confidence for a 3 star. Will I rent from this location: most likely NOT.
