Fantastic customer service, they even upgraded my vehicle at the fee that I paid for. They provide well maintained rentals.

I did a 2 day rental from this Enterprise location and was extremely pleased with the customer service, vehicle provided and their rates. I love that they will take visa debit with a $300.deposit. In addition I didn't have to wait days for my deposit to be returned. It was back in my account the day I returned the car. I highly recommend this Enterprise location!

When I wanted to rent a car over the long weekend, I was confused whether to go with Enterprise or others. It was my first time renting in Canada and I didn't want to risk it, so went ahead with the well established rental company i.e, Enterprise. After the weekend I realized I made the right choice!

I had reserved an intermediate car and upon reaching the office to pick it up, I was informed that there are no cars available in that category and that I would be upgraded to a compact SUV (Or any other car I liked in their lot). Christina was so kind and ensured the whole renting process was smooth. I got a really nice car and had a great time driving over the long weekend.

The return was smooth as well. Everything went well and I was very satisfied. Christina even offered a ride back to my home with one of their drivers, I was surprised to know that Enterprise offers pick up and drop back services for their confirmed rentals. I rode back with their driver, absolutely content with their services.

Next time I need a rental, I have absolutely no doubts where to go. Thank you for the wonderful experience Christina, and thank you Enterprise!

You better hope your car does not break down. Not an enterprise in Barrie that will lift a finger to help you. My local enterprise had to get involved to get these people to do anything.

Called this location to book a vehicle last night as my car went into repairs unexpectedly. A woman with South East Asian accent who answered the phone (her name sounded like Senika) spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and booked a car (Dodge, SUV, all wheel drive). Reservation was confirmed via email. I was about to get an Uber to pick up the car from their location when I got a phone call from Enterprise (male caller) who told me they had no vehicles available at all. Very unprofessional.

I am very satisfied of service of Enterprise. They went above and beyond to meet my needs at the time when I was without car due to an accident. Thank you very much for your patience, diligence and kidness!

Good location with very helpful staff and selection of cars. A little higher prices than in GTA

Staff were super helpful and a surprise upgrade was waiting for us at the airport on arrival, made for a nice bonus to an awesome trip!

Absolutely the worst experience, went twice for pre arranged vehicle and was turned away both times with no vehicle as they didn't actually have one. The staff was rude and not helpful and argumentative.
I would not recommend to anyone!

This location seems to have really nice employees, but the branch manager “Allie” is something else. Long story short, my car was stolen, I had a rental for months while I fought my insurance company. I paid them bit by bit and gave them permission to use my credit card twice. Then when my insurance company officially denied my claim (which has since been placed into the courts), without my permission, she left me a voicemail saying she’s charging my credit card for the remainder that my insurance company was to pay them. She put just shy of $2000 on my credit card without my permission. I had all kinds of bills bounce. Due to Covid I’m struggling to pay bills as it is. I had to borrow from a love of credit to pay for groceries for my son and I. She showed absolutely NO remorse. I called head office…they were both lovely. Still nothing has been done to amend this violation.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Even had office said she’s not allowed to do that. As nice as they were, no one has gotten back to me. Either way, read the fine print people. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

I waited an hour before being picked up to get brought to this location to then have to wait outside in the cold for another 2 hours while they detailed all the cars before putting people into their rentals. I waited behind 7 other people and not a single person was happy about waiting 3 hours to get into their rental, not to mention that they didn’t have all the rentals on the lot and were going and picking them up as people are waiting. Not a single staff member apologized to anyone. I finally get into the rental and it was still dirty. It’s ridiculous to think that this location is even still open with how unorganized it is. I will never suggest anyone uses this location.

This car rental location was not bad, they kept me on the loop of what was going on with my rental & to say they were busy that morning.
What i was not impressed with was the cost of the rental for the car I got going one way & not to mention the car itself was the best ridding car & the brakes were wore down.
I had let them know were I had dropped it off in Ottawa, they knocked $50 off the bill and I thought that was fair. So over all the two locations did pretty good. Barrie & Ottawa locations.

I booked a rental a week ago and I was assured a suv similar to the size of my current vehicle. I arrive today and they only have a truck available. I've driven a truck enough to be comfortable with it but for one it has no running board and I'm short. Getting in and out is such a big deal that I worry about pulling or twisting some part of my body to hurt more than it already does.

They guy who did the walk around just watched me struggle trying to get in.

There were other cars on the lot the size I requested but they allocated them to others. Is what they said.

Why I ask. Awful. The only reason it gets 2 stars. Is the agent was polite even when I was furious

The worst experience I had with Enterprise Rent a Car. They did 2 transactions on my Credit Card. And reversed one of the transaction but as you know it takes almost 5-6 Business Day for the money to come back into my account. The worst ever service I have had with Enterprise in Barrie.

The lady was very courteous and nice. She got me on my way in just a few minutes. Great service.

Good service, very friendly. They even helped us fish out an accessible parking permit that had fallen between the dash and windshield in one of their cars!

I had a worst experience I ever had in my life. I took a Ford Fusion from the enterprise and it got a flat tire. When I looked for a spare tyre I got only a inflation kit and my tyre was fully blown out. And all this happened in the middle of trans canada hi-way at a temperature of -35. And the nearest town was Thunder Bay which is 300 km far. Thanks to the gas we had in the car as we didn’t frozed to death. We called them and the response was very surprising. They claimed that not all car comes with a spare tyre and I had to tow it to the nearest town at midnight 3 am and at my own cost. Thanks to enterprise for not providing us with a spare tyre. We had to stay in a motel for a night. It not only cost me money but also took my time. I was hoping to get a refund but unfortunately they refused and tried to blame us by telling that every cars don’t supply with a spare tyre.

On the way back on the same trip we took an another car as first car got a flat tyre but this time they gave a spare tyre but the car was not having a winter tyre. So we took the whole insurance which includes everything (Towing, accident coverage and everything). On the way back we slipped off the road and we couldn’t pull the car off so we tried calling enterprise as it was in middle of a forest we didn’t have any network and our only option was to call 911. We informed the OPP that we had all the coverages for the car which includes the tow they told us that enterprise will be covering for that and we payed the bill. To be honest the car went so deep that tow charge was 900$. Then we came and talked with enterprise and they refused to refund once again they claimed that it was our fault. Worst experience I ever had in my experience.

Worst experience and customer service i ever had in my life. I would never suggest my friends or family for their service. Really disappointed.

I needed to get my vehicle repaired in the Barrie area and neeeded to rented two vehicles from Enterprise two separate times. They were very courteous and genuinely friendly both times. They picked me up at the repair shop and dropped me off with a smile. There vehicles were immaculate and quite impressive. They also took the time to explain all the features that both vehicles had. All and all, I had a very positive and enjoyable experience which is becoming harder and harder these days. I'm definitely going to use Enterprise again if I need to rent a vehicle again.

Vehicle that I got put in is the cheapest thing I have ever been in with no option to trade in for anything else not happy so far. Even a Decent SUV would be ok.

Booking was easy, the pick up and return were straightforward, and the car was immaculate. Very pleased indeed.

I looked online and compact cars were 46.00 per day. We drove 1/2 hour drive to rent a car and here we are being charged 100.00 per day. How can they charge that much when online pricing says 1/2 that price? So disappointed.

Friendly and organized, picked me up from the body shop and took me to their location. In and out in 15 minutes with a nice clean car. No problems, no confusion. Will go back to them the next time I need a rental.

Very terrible experience. Kyle the "General Manager" was not helpful at all. Im a disabled Canadian. I was in an auto accident yesterday. Refered to Enterprise by my insurance company. Kyle refuses to give me a rental car. How much suffering must one person endure? Why does Kyle deem it necessary to add to my suffering? Im not sure what Kyle is Generally Managing but if he cannot manage to offer effective customer service perhaps he should manage to find a new job. His arrogant, entitled, snotty attitude isnt helpful. Ive been renting cars from Enterprise for 15 plus years. Sad. That taunting, name calling and bullying has replaced honesty, integrity and service. Sad. So very sad.

What a great experience. The guy I dealt with was great, upon arrival the paperwork was fast and easy, he then took me outside and with two sets of keys asked which of the BMW and AUDI I would prefer. The upgrade was a really pleasant touch and made my day and journey very enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Extremely friendly but professional staff. We rent 4 or 5 times a year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable.

Rented for Canada day weekend. We got a fabulous rate and a complimentary vehicle upgrade. The staff I dealt with, (I believe it was Mitchell) were very friendly and efficient.

I called last minute to be picked up and even though all the pickups were booked Mitchell was able to squeeze me in and sent someone right away. The driver who picked me up was very friendly and personable.

The vehicle I was upgraded to (2019 Ford Escape) was fantastic to drive and brand new. I was able to drop off after hours and it was as effortless as picking up.

I cant say anything bad about these guys even if I tried, kyle and all the staff are awsome. Had a great experiance and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a car.

Everyone at this location is amazingly efficient. Kyle, Mitchell, Glen, Ali and Miguel are an incredible personable and professional team. Every time we go in they do everything possible to provide the best service. Even at their busiest times they work together to get us processed as quickly as possible and are extremely accommodating. They make renting a vehicle convenient and always provide a great experience.

Rental through an insurance claim. Friendly, helpful staff. Prompt service. Follow up call after pick up to ensure satisfaction with the rental car. One small thing.while they did tell me the car I was getting only had all season tires instead of snow tires.and they did say they might have another car with snow tires.this one was warm and ready.but a Chrysler 300 really should have snow tires on it for the winter. Just sayin'

They are amazing at that center. I haven't had any negative experience.all positive. The team has been knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Kyle is a great manager (from what I can observe), he's approachable and remembers his customers, even remembers where they live. He has gone the extra mile to make sure that a customer leaves happy. Mitchell is the cool guy and takes care of his customers quickly and efficiently. Miguel, Ali and I think Gordon (sorry if I got the name wrong) are always ready to assist whenever possible. Great Team! 10 out of 5 stars!

Rented a car from them in october and they over charged me over 90 dollars extra. Had a dispute. My money was returned. IN DECEMBER THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE SAME THING. THEY ARE DOUBLE CHARGE CUSTOMERS AND TRYING TO DENY IT AFTER THE FACT. DO NOT USE THIS ENTERPRISE. THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND COMMITTING FRAUD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

EXTREMELY pleased with service, quality and professionalism. The morning immediately after my car met up with a buck (male deer) and was towed, Enterprise dropped off a comparable vehicle to my own (and with snow tires) to my house. During a lengthy and complicated repair schedule Kyle worked diligently with my insurance company to extend my rental. At all times I was treated with courtesy and respect. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise and its staff.

Great and helpful staff. We rented a car and asked for one with snow tires. They didn't have any in stock and put us on a waiting list. In less than 2 hours they caked and had a car for us. They made the switch and paperwork quick and easy.

I rented a vehicle for 5 days and the staff were incredibly friendly. The agent that I dealt with, Mitchell Carter, was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience so smooth. I've always had good experiences with renting from Enterprise, though this office went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend renting from them!

Great experience at Enterprise. From then picking me up to get the vehicle to them taking me to my destination at drop off. They were fast, friendly and efficient. If I could only say one thing negative it would be that the vehicle I was renting didn’t have snow tires on it - driving it in a Barrie snowstorm was challenging. Otherwise, I would definitely rent a vehicle from them again and will recommend them.
