I rented a cargo van from the Whitby location, and the whole experience was excellent. I had reserved online a couple of days prior, and I received a phone call the day before the rental to confirm the reservation. The van was ready when I arrived, fueled-up, clean and ready to go. After a quick inspection, signed some forms and was on my way. Returning it was just as easy. The woman at the desk verified a couple of things (fuel level, lack of damage), and my bill was processed in minutes.
I definitely recommend Enterprise, and in particular the Whitby location if you are in the area. Will go there again.
