I'd used Enterprise a number of times in the past and had no issues at all, however, out of convenience (the competitor was literally steps from my work), I reserved with (what I now refer to as the "Orange" one). HUGE MISTAKE!
To summarize the experience.a formal complaint for discrimination was filed, the difference in Customer Service was GLARINGLY obvious and the price difference was, bar none, the most substantial I've ever seen.
Since it was a "two part" move, I was grateful to return to Enterprise and the level of service I'd grown accustom to. Not to mention their superior pricing. I couldn't believe the difference!

So, my sincere thanks to Zak for ensuring absolutely EVERYTHING was handled exactly as I'd asked. I also have to admit that I was completely impressed with Faheem (forgive me if I've misspelled). Not many Managers take the time to check in with the client to ensure my expectations had been met.

Let's face it, since Covid, customer service isn't even close to what it use to be. The "orange one" has demonstrated that all too well but you can be certain, you will receive outstanding service, competitive pricing and have the pleasure of working with people that enjoy what they do. Thanks guys.hugely appreciated!
