I made a mistake when ordering my clothing and as a result many of our shirts were missing print on the back. Even though this was my error, the staff at Entripy arranged and paid for the return shipping, added the missing information, and had it back to me in 3 days. I am very impressed with the customer service and their efforts to make sure I was satisfied with my order. This is not the first time I have used the company, however, it is the first time I have had any issues. I will continue to use Entripy for any of my needs, and I would highly recommend them.

Our club, Synergy Working Dog Club has used Entripy for a number of years for our club swag. We compete while wearing the clothing they've created for us and we always get complimented on how good it looks. Their customer service is great and they are very attentive to changes or issues that may arise. Turnaround times are good and it's nice that we don't have to order large minimum quantities as we're not a large club. We'll continue to use them for sure!

Excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was really easy, the products were very high quality, and the order was completed in time. This was one of very few companies that said they would be able to meet our rush timeline and they absolutely delivered, so we will definitely be using them again.

By far the worst customer service -

We ordered 9 hoodies for a wedding party on June 7th. The wedding is on June 17th. I am here at the depot on June 16th at 5.30pm waiting for these hoodies and the COO Terrence has come out to chat and throughout our 20 minute conversation he did not apologize once. He had the audacity to say point blank that he will not offer a full refund for the absolute lack of communication and the delay in receiving the product WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER.

He has now said there is a further delay of 20 minutes. We said we would like to cancel the order and need an immediate refund, and he conveniently said he will provide the refund if we no longer need the order.

COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

Avoid this company for "screen printed shirts". My band had a huge hassle with them trying to reorder previous designs. We made 2 orders for separate designs and they cancelled the wrong one and made it our fault (?). Now not only do we not have the designs we desired, but they forced us to pay for the shirts we originally cancelled. They're made also print to garment and NOT screen printed. They look really, really bad (picture attached to show white edges). Even if these WERE what we had ordered I'd expect a refund purely for the fact that they look so freaking bad. BUYER BEWARE!

We're a local flooring manufacturer who makes new sweaters and knit caps nearly every year to give to our customers. We have tried using other printers around the GTA but found that Entripy has the best prices, customer service and quality out of the many we have used. We have made many orders with Entripy over the years, and the printed logos always look amazing.

Attached are pictures of our most recent order, showing our logo screenprinted on a sweater, and embroidered on a knit cap. Some of our customers still wear older sweaters and hats and our logo can still be seen even after years of wear.

Poor customer service when trying to deal with shoddy merchandise. Ordered screen print shirts and received vinyl stickered ones. Wouldn't issue a refund and said it was my bands fault.

Our company orders stuff here with company logo sinse 2019. We got winter jackets, a couple of different summer jackets, polo shirts, etc. It is very easy to deal with, placing an order online and picking up a few days later.

With so many suppliers and vendors out there, you would be best to stay away from these guys. Don't be fooled by the pricing! Their service is absolutely horrible. I ordered FOUR shirts. Just four for our grand opening. I ordered almost 2 weeks in advanced and they delayed the order two times to a date in which I would have zero shirts for the grand opening. They tried to make it right by express shipping me the shirts in order to make the grand opening. They sent me ONE. To say the least, there was no point in having one staff in uniform and 3 others not in uniform. So we had zero uniforms for our grand opening. Not to mention the 1 shirt they sent me was absolute trash quality. There are many suppliers out there that are local and will provide much better service. Stay away from Entripy! Buyer beware!

Can't say I was overly impressed with the service we received. We had an issue with a misprint and went back and fourth with a dozen email exchanges with both their customer care and resolutions teams. We were promised a reprint on March 25th, but have not received any updates since. Now months later, we're looking to do a large batch of these same shirts and Entripy is the "top" option in search but far from our top choice.

I placed an order for a sample. About 11 days later, I follow up just to be told some story about how the shirt had a hole in it, then another story of the shirt needs to be reprinted because the quality was not up to their standard. They then suggested it will take another 10 days for a reprint. I instantly requested the order be cancelled and refunded. Mistake happens, I get that. But there is no excuse for poor customer service and this level of "he say, she said". I have no confidence in using them again. I will say they provide prompt communication which I appreciate.

10/10 customer service. Really impressed with Selby and the fast replies to my inquiries. Finally a Canadian t shirt printing company that makes things simple and fun. Can't wait to order more shirts.

My dad and I loved the shirt I surprised him with (it had his own artwork on it!). The customer support rep I talked to online was super helpful and very nice. My order only took 10 days from order to my door (Ontatio to Nova Soctia) I'll definitely be buying some more cool stuff in the future. This shipping was a bit pricey but it is a long distance, at least for me and its pretty much balanced out by the cheap prices even on just 1 shirt. 9 bucks is a better deal than even Walmart offers for a shirt with a print on it. My suggestion would be to order a few different things at the same time for friends or family so the shipping becomes even more negligible. I hope this helps someone:)

My most recent order came in with the boxes damaged, and covered in a vinegar liquid. I went back and forth with the Entripy team and they were unable to solve the problem and wanted me to go out of my way to get the damaged product back to them. Will not be a customer again.

Bad service.
Sizing issue.
Some are too loose n some are too tight and the customer care team blaims it on the customer.

Just got my Hats and Shirts. Look great. Only issue was paying for express delivery and delayed due to UPS. They should consider a different carrier partner.

Shipping was delayed and they don't bother to update you or anything. I only found out because it was expected to arrive December 11th and no email of tracking or anything. Then spoke to a agent on chat support and they blamed it on covid 19. No apologies or anything

Quality of product looks fine. I used their sizing guide to a tee. Bought two products - a hoodie and sweats. Both were undersized. The leg length was about 4 inches too short. Arm length was about 2-3 inches too short and body was tight.

Their response when I mentioned this:
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the clothing that is ordered, we do not allow for any returns, exchanges or refunds. This is why the box in the checkout is advising customers that all sales are final and by the customer checking the box, it ensures you've checked it for accuracy.

Pretty hard to be accurate when you don't even have inseam or arm length as a measurement? Sizes are based on waist, chest and weight.

There goes $100+ and two gifts down the drain.

Entripy is a great company with great products. I would insist on them not using UPS to deliver their products. They shipped my product 7 days ago and my package is still "being delivered" by UPS. I live 15km from Entripy's facility. UPS is literally the worst company ever. Entripy, please switch delivery companies!

I'm sure they're a lovely company but their communication sucks. No notice that there is a proof to look at, no reply to first message - had to contact again to enquire, waiting for an email to say item is done.nada. I know it's only one item, but the one item is what you use to test if you will use the company for larger orders in future. You'd figure an automated email to say item is ready would be standard.sigh.

They make it right, I want to thank you for the work shirts with the garments that were printed for my fabrication shop. The Brand Knap brought that old school feel back. Thank you again and I would recommend using Entripy.

Was generally been impressed with the quality and speed of Entripy orders, but recently been waiting 7 months for sweaters to even be in stock to make an order.at this point, COVID/supplier issues isn't even a good excuse. I'll just have to look elsewhere that has these sweaters available. Kind of disappointed that they won't just order these sweaters, while they wait for other sizes to be used up to make a large order.

Used This company many times usually everything was satisfying until my recent order. I have ordered some long sleeved shirt for my guys, when i picked em up i let few of members try it was a lot smaller than expected. I called the company and their rep have told me they cant do anything i stuck with what i got.so i decided to reorder bigger size, they said i cannot because its of production. This company tried nothing to satisfy or help me in this situation just a light sorry, wont use again and will make sure my contractors/friends will stop using them as well. They just leave you hanging with no customer satisfaction what so ever.

I have used Entripy a few times now and their service and products have always been great. However, recently I made an order and I received my product in the wrong size. I alerted their team about it and within a few minutes they responded and told me they would mail me my correct order free of charge. Great customer service!

Awful product.
Logo was set up to be a crest on the front left side of the shirt, below the shoulder where they'd typically go.
Somehow they printed the crest down at belly button height and then proceeded to tell me it was "how I ordered it". Brutal quality standards and very over priced. Don't bother, use Vistaprint or something.

Orders are delayed - delivery expectations were off by 4 days thus far (full order still not in yet). They explained its due to Covid. I accept that. Then one of the t-shirts arrived with a small spot stain. I was told to send a note to resolution desk. I did. Not sure what to expect. I ordered the Euro Spun Tees hoping the Tee-Shirt fabric was a soft, but its not the soft fabric quality I was hoping for. I'm a feeling a little disappointed.

Order came extremely late, very cheap looking quality and custom print colour was not at all what was asked for in the proofs.the photos were not accurate.was not compensated well by customer service.

Excellent experience working with Entripy over the last few months. In light of recent occurrences, such as the COVID19 pandemic, communication with the Entripy team was constant and I was able to receive the products I ordered before the chaos. I would like to highlight the work of Briana (Accounting Associate) who worked with me through each step of the process in a professional and diligent manner.
Would recommend this company to others seeking customized apparel.

Edit - Entripy has worked hard to fix the issues. I appreciate their realizing their was an issue and trying their best to rectify it. We have ordered product from Entripy numerous times. The product quality is as described; you get what you pay for. Nothing lasts very long. Shipping was never as promised, although that may have been because they had the wrong postal code and the shipping company would always say that our address did not exist. We had to make Entripy aware of the situation a few times before it was finally fixed. Last week we ordered a bunch of sweatshirts based on previous sizing. We had found Mediums were small and Large were mediums. This time larges were extra large. They could do nothing to fix them other than say we will pick up the old ones and then deliver new ones. Well we needed them for a event and they were not trying to help in a manner that suggested urgency. We have been repeat clients for many years but that does not seem to matter. If your only concern is price then this is your company!

I ordered two white T-shirts printed with complex multicoloured mathematical formulas and the results were terrific. Even the smallest detail was clear and easy to read. Very pleased. Delivery was faster than promised and the shirt material itself was better than expected. Will definitely use them again.

Employees are a pleasure to work with. From the staff to the Client Care team, everyone is really good at their job. I had an amazing experience and will definitely use Entripy again.

The designer created proofs fast and exactly how I envisioned it. The turnaround for the t-shirts were surprisingly fast. And Client Care team was able to resolve the small hiccup we had without any hassle.
They pay good attention to quality requirements as well.

Good service. Love the print. Came out better than expected! Was very fast. Only issue was the UPS delivery sucks going to my condo. Otherwise it was good.

Entripy is easy to work with and provides us with great designs and graphic to print on our company uniforms. The shirts are of high quality and tear resistant. Our staff love how comfortable the ultra cotton shirts are and we can't thank Tina enough for setting us up with the essentials!
