My husband bought me stockings with a seam. I called and asked could I exchange for plain stockings and the stockings were still in sealed packet, was told yes. Went into the store and first was told yes, then told no final sale, then asked do you have a receipt, explained they were a gift. Was told no its a final sale. The girl was rude and had no customer service and need to know the rules of the store and shouldn't keep changing the guidelines. Told my family and friends about the incident and they were all as disgusted as me and none of them will shop at this store. Your loss as my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars there previously.

I visited this store last Sunday and my experience was amazing, especially with Ky’s customer service. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. I was not sure about my size, fit and comfort but she helped me find the exact intimates that I was looking for. Moreover, I love the fit and comfort of intimates that I bought. I should recommend to visit this store.

Awful experience the older lady I dealt with a month ago was very racist I went in to look around as I’ve never shopped here before and she was constantly following me around and She ignored any question I did have and helped out the other older white lady but ignored me.

I went in today and had the pleasure of working with Innes. She had her work cut out for her with me, I dispise bra shopping and usually leave frustrated and annoyed anytime I shop for Bras. 7 years of "Mom Bras" and sports bra's and I was ready to stop putting this off. Innes is SO knowledgeable, she is SO sweet and really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. She knew what I should try and helped me pick out 3 amazing bra's (I have never ever bought that much in one trip and left feeling excited) She is easy to talk to, listens to you and is just Awesome! In a world where great customer service is hard to come by Innes is a true gem! I will be back again and again. Thank you Innes

Innes was the absolute best! I’ve never had a bra that’s fit me properly before and she immediately knew exactly what to get! Excellent customer service from the young woman working, she showed plenty of items and took her time, I didn’t feel rushed. Left the store feeling very good with my new purchases.

Went in yesterday for a bra fitting and had the best experience. Colleen was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Left with two beautiful bras that fit well and look great! I will be back in the summer!

The staff at Envie are very helpful. The prices are a little higher than I would like, but comparable to other stores in the area. The selection in my size is a little limited, but to be fair it is a strange size.

Great customer experience was really easy for man to pick out nice lingerie for girlfriend and not feeling wired about the experience love it and will be back.even got myself some saxx which are awesome

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in today in search of a new bra since I had just snapped my wire in my only bra an hour before. The lovely woman did a quick measurement of me. Doubled checked it with a bra and helped me find two nice ones that I liked. She pulled bras that she thought I would like and wasn't afraid to pull some from the clearance rack when they fit my criteria. I walked out of the store after having a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

Lovely shop and phenomenal staff! So nice to find a store that allows walk ins and doesn’t charge for a professional bra fitting! Will absolutely suggest this store to friends and family and is now my go to place for all things Bras and Leisure wear.

I love this shop! The staff are really excellent and helpful. The prices range but a lot of their inventory is on the higher price scale. But the quality is on par with the price. They have a great variety and really comfy loungewear. Good variety in bras and undies.

Bra shopping is generally a task I dread, thanks to my bra size, but, the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and good selection, made for a pretty painless experience. I came out with three new bras.

Clerks were helpful and patient with fitting step daughter for a new bra. Was very impressed. The store also has a good selection for women that are not of the twig variety.

It was okay. Didn't find service overly friendly.they helped me out but not as warm of service as I've had in the past.

It's expensive but it's also the norm if you're anything over a C cup and can't fit into your crappier mall bras (La Senza). Friendly service, and they'll give you a proper fitting. I tried on a lot of bras before finding the one I liked.

Went in looking for a very rare bra size expecting to not have many options. They gave me so many choices and were amazing women to talk to. I really appreciated the size inclusiveness and the wonderful interactions that are at this store. Would definitely reccomend!
