You screwed up my colour, my cut, I was sick on oxygen and she took 6 hrs bc all clients were coming in. I had an appointment and after I bought hair products I spent 400.00 gave a way to much of a tip for 40$ am they called me to return to them ARE YOU MENTAL?

My daughter got married in northbay this weekend and coming from B. C, I wanted to get my hair done, but didn’t know who to go too. I booked my appointment at chatters and my stylist was Sheylyn. Its scary going to someone you don’t know, but I lucked out. She was awesome and my updo turned out beautiful. I received so many compliments on my hair! If you need your hair done for a special occasion I highly recommend Sheylyn!

My mom went in for a wax today. And she basically had to teach her waxer how to do her eyebrows. And it was just a wax and she paid 46$? !? !? !? !? !? Never in my life have I ever seen such insane things. Before the change it was fine and she maybe paid 20$ for all her waxing services. And she was disrespected in the mean time. Never again will we be going back. They are not trained correctly at all. And it's so sad to see what this place has come to.

"Walk ins NOT welcome! " I've gone to this place easily a dozen times and they actually cut my hair once. Operated by a bunch of lazy kids. Everytime I go there nobody has the "time" to cut my hair, meanwhile nobody is cutting hair and one of them actually has a friend sitting in their chair chit chatting, 3 of them, not one of them cutting hair. I'm a Male with short hair and take no longer than a 10 minute haircut but each and every time I've attempted to get a haircut there I've had exactly the same experience, certainly never again.

Took my kid to get her hair dyed. The finished product is ok. The lack of professionalism I experienced with the staff will have me looking for a different salon. The woman doing my daughter's hair was very run down and made reference to how long the job we paid 300.00 for was taking. Upon arrival the woman at the desk fake-smiled and let it drop off her face before I even walked past her Im surprised she didn't sigh and roll her eyes. Quite an uncomfortable feeling. My husband paid before the job was done, and tipped these hairdressers even though we were treated poorly. Only then did we get a smile from the woman doing my kid's hair. I will not be returning to this place.

I took my 3 year old for a haircut and the hairdresser was getting frustrated with him moving. I know she needs him to sit still but she wasn’t that nice about it and was getting visibly annoyed and sighing. It was so uncomfortable and I definitely let her know I wasn’t happy about how she was treating my son!
