Delivery earlier than expected, several notifications about when the delivery would occur, friendly driver

Appreciated the detailed emails, and also the end delivery email including pictures of the house address and package.

Incredible shipping speed. It was a great experience from purchasing the item to when I received it. I was kept informed throughout the process. Amazon should take some notes here.

J'ai bien reçu mon colis à la porte. Je suis sortie pour dire merci au livreur, mais il ne s'est pas retourné et ne m'a pas répondu. Par contre, il a frappé à la porte pour avertir qu'il était là. Donc, c'est bien. La livraison est arrivée à peu près à l'heure indiquée dans un courriel, à environ 25 minutes plus tard. Merci.

Delivery was quick after item was ordered, email alerted me of schedule and the courier was right on time. Even rang the doorbell to alert me. Absolutely PERFECT hand off. Thank you!

My package was delivered to an address not even close to mine. No way to contact the delivery company. Contacted the company I ordered from who said they would handle it. 5 days later, still no package.

This company gave me a delivery window of 6-9pm, they seemed to think a delivery time of 10pm on Friday was an appropriate time to leave my package outside of my door downtown Toronto. Needless to say, it was stolen. If you're considering this company for deliveries, I encourage you to keep in mind this is what they consider to be an appropriate practice. They did not attempt to even call me, ring my doorbell, or the doorbells of other units in the house.

Update: I reached out to the company to discuss the matter and they never replied to my email, a further testament to their level of service.

It is a business that you can never reach.i emailed them, i left voice message, i visited their location and gave my name and phone number and nobody ever called me.if i can not reach them as a potential new customer there is no way to reach out to them when you have an issue with the shipping.terrible customer service

The delivery driver attempted to open my door when dropping off the package. I was impressed with their communication regarding delivery timelines up until this point. I would not feel safe receiving a delivery from them again after this experience.

Ordered a pair of winter shoes, from soft mock Friday morning and received them at 7: 30 pm on Saturday December 18th and they used a company called Envoi, the item arrived earlier than promised, and the service was amazing, the driver even called me to let me know he was just around the corner again fantastic service!

Shipping within the GTA only took a day, I was notified of the time window when my package would come and notified when it was 5 minutes away and just dropped off at my door. I’m very impressed and would kill for a date with the same punctuality and communication skills

Package was delivered at 2am on Saturday and was dropped and was dropped In the middle of the porch.

When I woke up it was Missing.

This is the worst the least you guys can do is call before u come or buzz. I’m not even home and I live in a place where things will get stolen. The last time I got a package from you guys you called if I get home and my package is gone someone is goin to owe me 200$ on God! U can’t jus leave packages in the front people’s door and send email hours after ridiculous!

Wow! A 5 star great delivery service indeed. They keep you informed constantly. They inform you of an approximate 4 hour time frame arrival, then 2 hour, then 8 minutes, and lastly knock at the door and take photos of the package at your door and of house address. Each email offers an immediate link for you to add any last minute delivery instructions. I would use Envoi for every delivery if I had the option because the bigger name companies don't provide such final more precise and secure delivery.

Fantastic service, I made an order and it was delivered the next day, I got email notifications with updates so I was always informed, I got a “your delivery driver is 5 ‘minutes away” and then when it was delivered I received an email with photos of my delivery and it was honestly so satisfying. Nice work

I will not be supporting well.ca anymore. My last order from them was either stolen or not delivered by your company. I complained to well.ca and they replaced the lost/stolen order I asked again that the driver ring the doorbell. He did not and left the package on the porch in full view of any passerby who may want to take the opportunity to steal something. On this, my final order, I texted a request to have the driver ring the doorbell. He did not, but thankfully I was home and received the text that my package had been delivered. I opened my front door and there was the parcel on the porch in full view of everyone. I will now notify well.ca if my decision to cease support as this service is unacceptable.

Updates as delivery was on the way was good. Delivery person THREW my package at my front door. Caught on doorbell camera. Not professional at all. Complained to the company, and basically was told "We'll let them know not to do that anymore". Ok, sure.

Very fast delivery, next day even during the holidays! Order was accurate and packaging was secure. Communication sent via email when order is being shipped, when order is on route and when order is delivered. Also in the last delivered email a photo of where it was left is included. Great service!

This shipping service is used when i order from urban planet, it’s never late and my packages always arrive safe and sound.thank you.
