Easily photocopied some urgent documents I needed in color, and the lady did it for me quickly and easily, in and out! And not over priced by the slightest.

Not friendly and they do NOT take Purolator drop-offs, even though they have a Purolator sign in the window.

The staff working there (an old gentleman) is extremely rude and has zero knowledge of shipping. Went for a FedEx drop off, he insisted for a commercial invoice as his template! Everything is electronic now, the invoice is included in the shipping label! He almost screamed at me and did not allow me to finish the explanation. Went to another another fedex shipping center with the same label and zero problem. I’m not sure how he’s still in business with this kind of service. I will consider to report to FedEx to revoke his authorized license

Went there to scan and print. All I know is the owners are a big scam! They charge ridiculously, have zero customer service. When you try to figure why your bill is so high, the wife joins in to scream at you. What utter rubbish! They’ve got a service fee for everything! Save yourself some money and energy by going some place else!

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Went there for a simple DHL Drop Off this past Friday and the older gentleman working started raising his voice and basically shouting at me that I need a cross border declaration form with my package. Explained to him that it’s a pre-paid package and I don’t. Continued shouting at me even after I told him to calm down. I was fairly certain he was wrong so I went to Net Print Ship which was the closest DHL Service Point and they were extremely helpful and accepted my package. Go here if you want to be screamed at.

They're not helpful when you have a computer problem and answer you like they're doing you a favor! No air conditioning when it's really hot! Are they saving money? Well they're make a lot of people unhappy!

It is the worst passport photo shop I have ever been, they take photo and it is not acceptable for government use, I request for retake new photo, they ask for 10 dollars more, and it doesn’t any make sense, because I ask them many time if this acceptable, they said yes. However, it wasn’t, and they don’t refund and bad manner.

Never go to this shop for your passport photo. Horrible. They just ask for money and not responsible for it. Garbage shop

I love this Envoy store! The staff are friendly, patient and knowledgable. When I needed help with using their computers and printing, they give me clear instructions. They print my business cards, they spent the time with me in choosing the design and working the wordings out. The store is clean and tidy, and they play classical music, probably on radio or CD. I highly recommend this Envoy location to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I WENT TO THIS LOCATION TO PRINT OF MY SCHOOL PROJECT. I HAD 72 PAGES, 2 CAME OUT BLANK AND 4 CAME OUT WRONG SO I WAS LEFT WITH 65 I ACTUALLY NEEDED. ONCE I WENT TO GO PAY THE LADY. I TOLD HER 2 CAME OUT BLANK YOU CAN RE RUN THOSE THROUGH THE PRINTER AND ILL PAY FOR THE 70 SHEETS I HAVE LEFT EVEN THOUGH 4 OF THEM CAME OUT MESSED UP DUE TO THEIR PRINTER. THE LADY SAID THAT WAS OK THEN HER HUSBAND CAME OUT OF NO WHERE SAYS IF I DONT WANT TO PAY TO GET OUT. AND TOOK MY PROJECT FROM MY HANDS AND THROUGH IT IN THE GARBAGE SO I WENT BACK TO THE COMPUTER TO RE-PRINT IT AND HE UNPLUGGED THE COMPUTUER ON ME AFTER TELLING HIM I HAVE MY PROJECT DUE IN 10 MINS AND IF ITS LATE I LOOSE 10 % ON, IT. I WAS THERE AT 11: 30 AND MY PROJECT WAS DUE AT 12: 20. NEEDLESS TO SAY BECAUSE OF THEM I HAD TO GO ELSE WERE TO PRINT AND MY PROJECT IS NOW LATE AND WILL AFFECT MY GARDE AND BRING MY GRADE DOWN! NO PEOPLE SKILLS, RUDE, NO COMPASSION, AND OVERCHARGE ON THE PAPPERS AND COMPUTER TIMES. 1$ for ever 10 mins you use is a rip off!
