Captured enwin team on my camera shutting off my water supply with no heads up. Called them and they told me there should be no reason they should of shut it off. Two children and wife at home without water access. Waiting for ewin to come check it out.

I was on assistance for about 6 months couldn't pay the electrical bill only rent. They let the bill get to about 650$ around the time i got back to work, They decided to provide me with a cut off notice for May. I went to apply for keep the heat due to the circumstances and they said they go back 2 months for income. Isn't it funny enwin decided to do the cutoff around tax time so you wouldn't be eligible for keep the heat if you received a decent tax return. Just a bunch of legal scamming sounds like to me

This company is awful, bills always late called let them know I was moving they told me had pay $793 before they set up other place, I nearly had a heat attack. I only had heat on for a little over a week Dec 22-January 2/23
I work 9-10hrs my children are in school we bundle up with blankets I called they stated my hydro low how my water was over $400, how is this possible seriously
I freeze us to save money because I’m a single mom this can’t be possible…. I asked for some time stated pay bill in full or won’t connect my other place…. I tried to explain no way bill should be that high
Just got rudeness
How are they allowed get away with this

They are very very very poor when it comes to fixing electricity outages I haven’t had power for almost 16hrs

Why would we work on a water main repair and not finish work to waste water going into sewer for over 24 hours at tax payers expense? Un acceptable period! I live on Lloyd George Blvd and as a tax payer this is just not right! In defence of the workers (They are #1) It's the management that has no regard for the taxpayer. When it comes to our hydro they are gods that keep the lifelines open! They are the best and I will always be greatful! Thank you for bringing the power back on for your people! You all are #1!

The problem with them being the only power providers is they can get away with being ignorant and there’s not much we can do about it. Horrible service we are going on 2 days without power they sorted everyone in our area out except us, they were 1 block away last night and didn’t even bother coming to deal with our issue there are 2 power lines down in the backyard. I’m furious

The freezing rain storm broke a branch on the neighbors tree. The 2 Enwin guys came and started talking down to my gf and me immediately. He was incredibly rude and condescending. Terrible customer service. And told me they're not fixing it as the stack was pulled off the house. It took them 3 days to come check it out and tell me it's my problem. Complete garbage company and customer service.
