Wow. Just WOW!
I came for the Black Friday sale offer and purchased 2 Blurev bikes for $800 off.

My sales rep, Mike, was amazing! He really made me feel at home and was extremely thorough when explaining the features and benefits for each item that I had questions about (and I had a LOT!)

The service that Epic has provided through every step of the process has been beyond belief.   They made me feel like they were only there to assist me.
Give this place a chance, and they will deliver beyond your expectations.

Bought a kingsong S18 here, Mike was very helpful and friendly, but second day it was basically unrideable due to a motor cover/bearing issue, was instructed by kingsong to try and fix myself or get a replacement unit. So I tried fixing and it worked temporarily, but then was not functional again after a few days, bought the 2nd of September and was almost fixed by epic cycles service on the 21 of Sept after but had another issue after motor was replaced. Very disappointed in kingsongs quality control on these. Epic cycles did their best to figure things out within their policies, I eventually ended up getting a refund after a lot of waiting around with no unit to ride and being out 2500. Thanks Mathew for the really understanding customer service though, was able to quickly find a solution by talking to the owner of the company. I'd shop here in the future but not sure if Id ever look at the kingsong brand again. All the best!

Was feeling a little down after buying a used hyper scooter. I brought it in for a repair. They got the thing looking and working brand new! So happy I made the long drive in to have it fixed.

Wonderful experience with epic team. I bought magnum folding bike i love the bike also i love how the epic cycle team help me out, Great costumer service. Highly recommended if you ever want buy a ebike look no further

Purchased a Klima on 03/29 for pick up. After some hick ups right off the bat it all ended up well. I really got the feeling that Michael and his team care very much about the customer experience and misunderstandings are a part of life. If you’re in the market for a scooter I highly recommend you check these guys out and support local!

Great people to service you. Answered questions after I purchased my e-bike as soon as they could get the correct info from Magnum. Some of the manuals (i.e. Navigator S) need updating as might some of the other resources from Magnum. Epic helped me to sort this out. I like my bike so far but need to get out in warmer weather to really give it a good run. I'm confident I will get more helpful answers if something comes up.

Epic Cyckes is fantastic and their support team know the meaning of customer service. They called me about delivery and we arranged to change the delivery address to my Business so the bike was not left outside. Excellent service. Now if only spring would come!

Wonderful service. Fast and very fair price.
The staff is super nice and attentive. They even charged me lower than what I was expecting since some of the checks we initially talked about weren't necessary (the literal opposite of what a used car salesman or a crooked mechanic would do).
I'm happy that the person from store I was planning to go to before I discovered Epic Cycles was rude and said that my bike repair would take a week (I used my E-Bike as a daily commute so this would be a big impact). If that guy hadn't been so unpleasant I wouldn't have discovered Epic Cycles.
I also got my bike back the same day! I dropped it off as soon as the store opened on a Saturday and got it back by 4PM. The ride home was as smooth as when I first got it and I feel safe riding it again.
I wholeheartedly recommend Epic Cycles. This is the go to shop to get your E-Bike serviced and I'll be back for any maintenance or upgrades that I might need help with in the future.

Always updating! (EDIT 1) STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 KM THE THROTTLE DISPLAY WILL NOT TURN ON THIS HAPPENED TWICE LEMON! (Just died on my fiance on her birthday vacation so angry 2km what is happening with this brand and place.) Much back and forth between myself and the company of no fault of the owner or Mathew. A situation of repair became worse with an unresponsive employee that was taken care of promptly and I was taken to a far better experience once Barry got involved and went above and beyond for us as well as Mathew. My fiances Wolf Warrior is now with the king again! (I want my money back or a replacement I will pay shipping this is ridiculous!) (EDIT 2 BEEN DIRECTED TO THE (TORONTO) LOCATION. RECEIVED THE WRONG DISPLAY. 3 ISSUES NOW WITH THIS SCOOTER SINCE BOUGHT EARLY THIS SUMMER! 125KMS AND 3 ISSUES!) (EDIT 3) they are fast with customer service turned out it was the right display and I was wrong! Good job Mathew will edit review if this scooter works. 5 Star for Mathews customer service though making this now a 3 star review.

What a wonderful staff! Thru no fault of theirs GPS did not offer great directions. So it took a long while to find the place. I had brought my dog who threw up on the way. When I arrived I was stressed and frustrated.
Ashley took my dog off my hands and Steve got their Tech who turned out to be brilliant.
Although ultimately they couldn't help my sick scooter, it wasn't for the lack of trying. If the products even come close to the people skills this place must be successful.

Been coming here for years. These guys know what they are doing. Store is a little out of the way but worth the drive. Purchased a few scooters and a ebike from them. Frankly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wow! I am out of the world amazed with Epic Cycles. I live in Montreal and ordered a helmet and some bike parts. Within 48 hours of placing my original order, I received my package at my door! I have placed so many online orders over the past 2 years with Covid-19 and everything happening in the world and usually it takes a week and sometimes even more to receive the package or get any updates along with cancellations and shipment delays. Within a few hours of placing my order, I received a receipt and an update with a tracking number. Later that afternoon, I received another update from Canpar saying that the package has been picked up. The next day the package arrived at my doorstep in pristine packaging.

Also to note, the helmet I was looking for was $20 more with another company and they charged for shipping. I ended up getting the helmet for cheaper through Epic Cycles, faster and shipping was free of charge. As for the bike part, It seems IMPOSSIBLE to find any bike parts the past 6 months, but Epic Cycles had the ones I needed in stock and for a great price!

My family will definitely make this our go to store for all our bike needs.

So I had to edit my review as I didn't leave any comments.
After reading some of the bad review I wanted to share my experience.
The second I walked in I was greeted with the outmost politeness. I believe the guys name was Barry.

Originally said I was just looking, he gave me space (this is something thats important to me, I hate being bombarded) after a few minutes (enough time to let me look around) he came and asked if he can help me.

There were a few bikes that I liked and wanted more info.
He (Barry) took the time to explain to me all the specs of all the ones I was looking at.

I got a lot of info and I am pleased to say that I left with a smile and a ebike!

Thank you so much for the outmost amazing service!

I'll be back for super!

I am so glad I drove all the way to Vaughan from downtown Toronto to visit Barry and his wonderful team at Epic Cycles! The pandemic had hit, and I had no intentions to use the TTC for a long while. I was looking for a folding e-scooter and had done a lot of research before I found them. Surprisingly they had every e-bike and scooter that I was ever interested in their lineup ready for a test drive. The entire staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. We really took our time and never felt rushed. Greame suggested the Roadster, which nobody else even stocked at the time. They unboxed and assembled it for me on the spot, and sent me home with a very beneficial lecture about safety and how to preserve the battery. Less than a month later having driven downtown, I was already experiencing some squeaky sounds having to ride through potholes and train-tracks. One weekend I rented a Zipcar and drove all the way up again to have it fixed. While the repair shop was looking into it I had a friendly chat with Barry (the owner) expressing my wish that I had bought a better scooter. Without hesitation he agreed to upgrade my e-scooter to Mantis Pro and in fact gave me a great deal on the Mantis, which nobody else even stocks. They customized it for me on the spot. Extraordinary experience! Love my scooter! Thanks a million!

Terrible customer service and they try to screw over customers. I ordered 2 ebike batteries from them. The batteries were dropped off at the wrong address (not Epic Cycles fault) however they were obviously either damaged in transit or prior to being shipped. One battery doesn't turn on and the other turns on but the bike doesn't turn on with the battery. As per the website, it is supposed to be compatible with my bike however other places have stated otherwise. The box was pretty beat-up but the batteries were surrounded by foam. I called customer service and was told to email them. Upon emailing them I got a reply stating they are taking no responsibility and that I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee + shipping among other fees to return the non-working products. I attached a screenshot of the terrible customer service I got.
