Suppose to be ready at 4pm now it's 6pm and I'm still waiting

Got charged $100 dollars + tax to bind 8 books. It should cost maybe half that, i didnt know at the time, but to be fair they did get it done on a Sunday night. Also they are by appointment and not 24 hours.
