7+ Weeks, Non-delivery of items: Poor Customer Service

It's been seven weeks since I placed my order on October 9th. Despite sending multiple email requests regarding the delivery status on October 16th, I received no response. On October 27th, I discovered that the company's shipping and order system had crashed, leaving no estimated time for business resumption or outbound shipments. I promptly canceled my order on the same day and requested a refund, yet I haven't received any response.

Customer Service: Extremely Poor

Product Quality/Finish: Unsure, as the products haven't been received or seen.

I received a defective product. I've been emailing and calling for 4 weeks since receiving my order and no one responds. So I've paid for an order and have had NO customer service agent reach out.

Terrible experience and customer service. Placed an order on Monday for a rush and paid extra for next business day service. Wednesday I had not yet received my product and had to call in to get an update only to find out that it wasn't ready. Wasn't shipped out until Wednesday evening and was received late Thursday. An attempt to get a credit on the rush service was responded with a link to their terms and their cut off times, which only confirmed that they were late.safe to say I would never recommend or use their services again.

10 Years ago this company was great. However I am so disappointed with their service. After receiving several rejections on a flyer file I uploaded, the 3rd time worked. However they went ahead and printed the 2nd attempt without me knowing and charged me for that. The company has very poor customer service. Even when I spoke with their supervisor explaining what happen they did not care I was very upset. I will not use their service again in the future and recommend you should look else where.

I was recommended to this site for my business cards. I placed an order and was informed that the dimensions wouldn’t fit. So I canceled my order to
Try again later. I was informed that I would receive my refund after 7-10 days. Okay, two weeks pass and nothing so I reach out and they said we will send that to accounting to clarify. Okay, another week passes and customer service said oh accounting is handling this you should receive an email by the end of the day. Another week has passed and nothing. It is a small refund and do not know why this has been taking over a month- I’ve yet to receive a refund or email.

Honestly had the worst customer service experience ever. A supervisor tried to hang up on me. After years of giving you all my client jobs worth thousands of dollars I am disappointed by the treatment received.

From missing cards in a batch, received poorly packaged cards and had to repack for a client and 10% of the order damaged in transportation. Misaligned cards you name it. I have picture evidence.

Horrible customer service. They printed the die lines and refused to do a reprint even though I followed the instructions of THEIR customer service rep.

Quality of the print is acceptable, however their online policies are not so. Beware that when ordering, if there are any discrepancies in the print area or otherwise, if eprintfast "red flags" the proof, a short timeline of only 1 hour is given to make adjustments, otherwise no refunds.
