These guys have a lot of very nice products for all over the home. The sofas are especially nice.

She helped me with such authenticity; very remarkable indeed! I hope she is appreciated for her genuine efforts, professionalism and overall outstanding attitude with customers. Highly recommend this store. It has a large selection of high quality Canadian made sofas, you can review the extensive fabric selection and take a few swatches home to see how they look in your house.
The sales persons are great, they are there when you need help, but giving you some space when you just want to explore the store. The delivery was smooth and faster than expected.

We bought a leather REVERIE 92" SOFA 6 years ago after paying lots of money for it.we kept the blanket on it most of the time as i didn't like the "cold" feeling of it.the couch started to peel in many places, not worth the money we paid for it.my sister has a leather couch and it looks great after 12 years!

Worked with Jaclyn on buying a sectional for our basement entertainment area. She is, in the truest sense of the word, an exceptional worker who goes above and beyond to ensure quality service for customers. Not only was she prompt in her responses, personable yet professional, but she even designed mockups of our space based on the photos we sent. We had excellent service with Jaclyn. She advised us on many decisions to pick out many pieces of furniture for our new home. After purchasing she was still very helpful in answering all our questions and dealing with any issues in a very professional way. Jaclyn spent a lot of time with us. Had a great experience yesterday. Went to the Burlington store and Chris helped us out. He was the perfect balance of being very helpful with thoughtful suggestions but not being overbearing and letting us take our time. We moved around furniture and tried endless colors until we were happy. The store was really nice, contemporary and modern furniture for fair prices, espcially for the quality. Its all Canadian made! Do give appropriate time for construction and delivery for custom orders. Overall, we were really happy with everything.

Friendly staff, great selection and very reasonable prices. Don’t forget to check out their clearance items rack near the washrooms. Very easy to miss.

Always a delight to shop at EQ3! Amazing experience again with the team at EQ3 Burlington. The only ongoing area of needed improvement is the check out process- always tedious and time consuming with manual entry of every product code. Plus side- more time with cool associates. Down side- hard to make EQ3 a quick stop with little people in tow.

Excellent customer service. Chris was very helpful when we needed advice on leather colours and grades for our new couch, and all of the staff were very friendly. No high-pressure sales here, just good advice when we needed it. I like that the furniture is manufactured in Canada, so we are supporting Canadian investment in people and resources. Really looking forward to receiving our new sectional!

The showroom is okay.a little small and less inviting than most furniture stores. Staff were friendly but the price of most of the products seems outrageous. Still worth stopping in since there are numerous furniture stores in the area.

Great selection of Canadian made furniture and very helpful sales staff. I visited the store last weekend and was impressed because the staff were available but not obtrusive. I returned this weekend to purchase not one but two chairs because the purchase experience was so positive. Thanks Liz Heike!

I was looking for a few things and Jana took the time to show me many options and the variety of fabrics available. I left knowing I would be back and in the meantime Jana emailed me to let me know there was a sale on. I returned and made a purchase taking advantage of the sale.

I love the EQ3 Burlington store! Always looks immaculate and organized. You get tons of great decorating and furniture placements ideas just by looking at their displays. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Shawn & Evans are simply the best!
