I went to Era Ageless Spa today for the first time and had a facial with Negin, she was amazing and very knowledgeable, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, I’ll definitely go back there, I highly recommend anybody who wants to get a professional and relaxing facial to ask for her!

I got a facial yesterday, it was done by Negin and it was amazing, beyond my expectations. She is super professional.
My bad experience came with the front desk staff when I was trying to get convinced to purchase some products. There were two girls showing me the products contradicting to each other of what products were the best for my needs. (Not knowledge at all) At the end I decided not to buy anything and I got such a disgusting attitude form the girl. As soon as I get out of the salon she started to complain about me with her colleagues, without realizing I was watching her ans I just told her she shouldn't do that. Horrible experience ever. If you do not buy they get upset, NEVER in that place again

I just came from my facial treatment session at Era ageless Bayview Village. It wasn’t my first time there but this time was different as I had a chance to have Negin as my facialist as she went above and beyond to make this treatment so special. She made me feel so relaxed by her special head and hair massage. After the session I had a glossy skin and a clear mind. I strongly recommend Era ageless and most particularly Negin.

I have been coming here as part of a promotion - 3 facials for the price of one. At this rate it's what I can afford but it's been very worthwhile. I had Darshalli perform my services and cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the process. The facial also provides multiple treatments including microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, multiple masks, and lots of massaging.

I had a great facial experience with Negin. She is very kind and had great facial and lymph massage technique. My face looks more sculpted and hydrated. Thank you!

Mid level experience. Facial itself was good.

1.they make you pay before you even go in for the facial. Thats such terrible service. Ive never experienced this at a spa or salon before.
2.after the facial, the front desk was extremely pushy about buying their package which will be valid only now as she would apply her "PERSONAL DISCOUNT". I urged her to not use such terms and that i would book after i felt results however she continued to push.
3. The facial is fine for $99 but not $299 their normal price, I booked online, recently new to the area for the $99 hyrafacial promo.the facial was the smallest room i've ever been in. The facial itself was relaxing and nice but due to all these factors i will not return.

Wonderful experience! Negin is a caring, professional who strives to offer the best facial for your skin type. She is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and does a great job.

If I could give a -5 starts I would! What a underwhelming experience with the place. ZERO customer service or help from the staff! Purchased a cream and scrub from the place and was asked if I want to be entered into a draw. I was then contacted by them to tell me I won and to schedule a free facial. I show up and apparently my appointment never got confirmed. There were three ppl in the store one more disengaged than the other. I essentially drove up 45 min for this apparent prize - waste of my time and money to get there! I really did not appreciate their lack of care to the situation. Moreover, the products I initially purchased for $90+ were so not good quality. Made my skin break out - I guess that’s the risk when you buy no name products from places that set themselves up in nice malls.

I loved my facial at ERA Ageless! Kim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming even though I was a bit late to my appointment. Negin was very sweet and super knowledgeable about skincare and product recommendations, and did an amazing job with my facial:) I left feeling so rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This was the most relaxing and elated experience I have had in a long time. The environment is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. The products used are A+. Specifically my experience with Negin was excellent- she was very personable, her fingers are magic to the point I fell asleep. But most of all my face felt like a babies bottom. I would strongly recommend ERA. The experience of a lifetime!

I was there at bayview location today, and my experience, was amazing. I really love this place. The gril name Nagien was incredible. When She was working on my skin i felt so relaxed.

I’m a regular at Bayview mall since I live nearby and I hate walking past this store every time because your staff shout at me to stop and smell your soap. This has 100% deterred me from becoming a customer.

Try out a new business strategy. I’m sure your staff dislike having to lure people in. Stop giving people horrible jobs.

Since my first visit I continue to receive Absolutely amazing services and quality and most importantly cruelty-free products! Really appreciate Nancy and all the friendly customer staff that really go above and beyond to listen and tailor the services according to unique individual needs and values! This place is exceptional!
