Worst run supermarket and worst customer service. Noone knows how to act with the customers. Everyone deserves to be booted there. Severely disappointed.

I went to this store second time, the first experience was not bad but second one was horrible. To be honest, I went there to buy meat with my friend and the meat section was about to close but it was not the time to close and I asked for the meat politely but the staffs were so rude. I didn’t want to argue because I know that everyone has pressure and frustration during the job. One guy gave me meat and thanking him I went to checkout and during checkout I just asked her as it was srilankan store and she was from srilanka but she said why do you need? In rude voice. I don’t know if I got this behaviour because I am a Asian and a normal people or these staffs doesn’t have proper knowledge about customer service. I felt so bad that these people are decreasing reputation of this store and this is my last time going here. One thing I want to suggest them is learn some customer service and little manner. Respect everyone!

A place to skip. I bought a putty maker from there which was defective, went to return it but they declined since I didn’t have the bill even though it had the sticker on them still. Worst experience with the rep at the counter. Zero at customer satisfaction

GOOD GROCERY STORE SELLS ALL KINDS ITEMS. FROM SPICES TO VEGETABLES, FRUITS CANNED PRODUCTS ALL VERY FRESH AND GOOD PRICES. BUT PARKING LOT IS VERY HARD TO GET. BUT HAVE TO BUY PLASTIC BAGS. 5CENTS EACH AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Worse customer service ever. The two lady cashier at this particular location are very defensive and shout at you anything they feel inconvenient. There are other srilankan grocery stores around I would rather prefer to go to. The other srilankan grocery stores have the same if not better products with cheaper price. *** If you do not want to have a bad experience during your grocery shopping, opt for alternative srilankan grocery store, there are a few in town same location***

Good desi supermarket. Dosa batter, Indian masala, spices, variety of vegetables and Fresh meat are the best available products.

Best supermarkt in Scarborough for buying Indian and sreelankan groceries. Fresh meat and fish is available. Rate is fair.

This is a very good super market which serves the south Indian and srilankan emigrants to Canada. It provides them several delicacies which are only available in this super market, like varieties of rice, masalas, preparations like mixtures, varieties of fish available in the Indian and srilankan coastal areas. Some of the vegetables are also available in this super market. Due to paucity of space I am stopping with this. In the meat and fish section the king fish sold here is popular. Indian snacks are available in the super market. I do miss them here in Sudbury.

A good place to find all Indian and Sri Lankan items. Has everything required for a quick shopping.

Will get most of South Indian and Srilankan grocery. But the rates are little high for most of them.

They have plenty of options in meat section. Vegetables are packed, it would be nicer if we able to pick them how much we want…

One of the best place to go for fish and meat. They have fresh lamb here. Also they sell variety of fish here. Beat part is they cut and clean the fishes for you.

A great store For all your south asian grocery needs. Very impressive fish market inside. Variety of fresh fish.

Prices of squid and fish are better than stores on the west end.

The shrimp/fish here is absolutely horrible. They are spraying some chemicals on that won't even go away after cooking it. I highly don't recommend it. It's not worth the health issues.

Never buy any meat from this place.nothing is fresh n good.n they will give u chicken which needs to cook for 2 hours with almost 14 to 15 whistle in pressure cooker and will give u lamb mutton.by saying it's a goat meat.
So if u r buying something from here. God bless u

Quality and quantity average, vegetarians don't go to this place, too much bad smell from meat shop.

We bought CHICKEN last week from erra Eglinton and Falmouth, the same evening it STARTED SMELLING BAD so we had to garbage it and informed them. The same has happened again this week.

Found worms in rice flour.
Contacted the store. I was told I would have to bring that back with in a same day.
In order to get refund. Since I lived far away from the store I couldn't bring it back on time.

Typical Sri Lankan grocery store. Stock was good but cleanliness of the store is not great. Dirty tiles, dirty shelves and dirty walls. It really needs a makeover.
They have been in this business for a long time. The staff not as friendly as you would expect them to be. If they choose, they can lighten up themselves and the environment.

Pros: great prices and selection
Cons: Tiny store with narrow aisles. Impossible to socially distance in.

Reasonably priced.specially red onions.much cheaper than any other grocery stores. Lines move quickly and the store is good for other south Asian cooking essentials one might need

Always found the store well stocked with fresh south asian vegetables, snacks, pulses, grains, curry leaves and grated coconut if you are into those.:)

It's a good place to shop in, you get whole lot variety of South Indian spices and Indian brands if someone want something specific.

We can see lots of Asian products, especially Indian, SriLankan, Pakistani and Bangladeshi products are available here.

They don't have that much of things than other location and my last visit I bought fish and they told me higher price and I asked to weigh it again and price are low. Their scales are having problems

Go only if u are compelled to buy vegetables. Bought eraa wheat flour and it was adulterant, not able to make poori or Chapathi. And eraa pickle and it smelled preservative and nothing else and I also bought eraaurad dal, I was surprised to find cup of moong daal in it.i will never buy or recommend anyone to buy there.

It is for all Indian, Srilankan groceries. The ambience won't be that much good but you will get groceries and vegetables for lesser prices.

Excellent customer service. You can find a variety of Sri Lankan groceries. Fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and a very good meat and fish department.

Unhygienic condition the moment you step in it stinks. All vegetables and meat are of low quality at high price. I used to recommend this place ago but now they have started to be greedy. No social distancing practiced. Not sure how to bring this under the view of health authority. Do not recommend this place

Everything is available.fresh vegetables and it is a perfect Shop for Indians.but the shop have little walking space and it is inconvenient at rush hour.

You will get most of the Asian groceries and vegetables here. The place is small and has the smell of meat n fish all the time.

They got a wide variety of provisions available at a fair price. But the place is a bit cramped and could be organized better.
