After years of buying "Staples" grade office chairs, which leave little to be desired, and visually unservicable when something goes wrong, I opted to find a good quality chair for a change. Canadian made egocentrics are fantastic. And the lengthy warranty for any issues is a real selling point. I had issues with the tilt mechanism after a couple of years and with no fuss they sent someone out within a few days and he did a full service repair right in my home. What's not to like about that? Highly recommended company!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with ergoCentric. Julia in particular took the time to understand my needs and resolve all aspects of my order quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I was very impressed and relieved that ergoCentric really does stand behind all their products, without exception. Kudos to ergoCentric!

I have upgraded my home office with ergoCentric products.

Not only that I am super happy with the products’ quality, their design and flexibility, but also the service I received was a TOP notch!

READ THIS AND IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!
Ever knew someone who needed a office chair and bought that $200 fake leather put together verity? They all fall apart, get ripped or loose screws while being uncomfortable and noisy. Well I needed a wheelchair because of a handicap that makes impossible to stand. I’ve always thought outside the box and decided a office chair of supreme quality would be way better. Enter ERGOCENTRIC. These were the best! Totally adjustable, quiet, and easy to clean. So $600 my friends are thinking I’m insane. Turns out I’m smarter than I knew and after owning chair for a few years the hydraulic lift quit working. I called Alicia from inside sales in Ontario and had a new lift installed the next day for free! I never got service this good in my life! Kudos to Alicia and Richard (the installer in Edmonton) I’m still overwhelmed and I would have thrown the $200 chair. Lucky to get 3 yrs before they’re junk. Do the math my $600 is looking better and it is. Plus it looks brand new! Works like new and is so comfortable and adjustable that I calling the $200 chair buyer crazy. Plus the best service on the planet! It’s a no brainer. Give them a try and I guarantee you will join me in calling a $600 office chair a steal and we’ll worth every penny. Believe my white haired wisdom to be comfortable and satisfied is much better than a bank account full of unfulfilled dreams. Thank you Alicia thank you Richard. To the owner Richard deserves a big raise and Alicia should run for prime minister. Best chair experience!

I am writing this review as of December 17th,

I bought an ergo chair for my home office back in March of 2021. I used the chair for a couple of months and found it just wasn't for me. I am the type of person who likes to be hugged by the chair and that isn't the case with this one. It is still a very high-quality chair with a high-quality warranty.but this is not why I am writing this review today.

I requested a return for the chair around July - August time by calling the store and explaining how the chair wasn't for me. (Yorkdale) and they continued to try and sell me on the chair which I completely understand as they are going to lose commission. Unfortunately, I told him I already made up my mind and I wanted that return. He definitely sounded disappointed (again as I understand) but he said he'll give me a call back within a couple of days to gather the information he needs to finish processing the return. Skip to 2 months later with no call and me trying a couple of times to even call them but not getting through (I don't think they avoided me but who knows)

Now I was very upset and called this head office hoping they would do something for me, The front desk worker was very kind and respectful of my situation trying to help me out in any way she could. I was again supposed to hear a call back that week with information on the return.again, skip to 3 weeks later and no call. I called back again getting the very nice worker again and she told me she was extremely sorry and she will forward my information to them right away. Now with this being a while ago, I can't 100% remember if it took another time or not after this to finally get that call (or email I think) but I did finally get it.

Now Oct 20th they were coming to pick up the chair from my house. Once they arrived they took the chair no problem and now it was time to get a call back for my refund. I have yet to get that call. I've called them now twice as of today to request this refund. I don't have the chair and I don't have my $1200.00. I was told by someone today they are contacting the store and will make sure I get contacted by them today.

Let's wait and see what happens. If I get played around with more I'll make sure to update this review.

Also, the only reason I didn't make this a 1-star review is because of how nice the front desk workers that I've had to interact with have been to me. I don't think it's their fault I'm not getting the calls back so I appreciate their attempts in trying to help.

I am bumping this review up to 3stars, They did get in contact with me today and told me the refund has been sent out. Apparently they thought the head office was going to deal with it (Yorkdale). Again I think the fact it took this long for anything to happen is disappointing but I do appreciate the speed it was dealt with today.

Your company is very good but employees like like line leaders use vulgar language with the employees working on that line prashant is very bad line leader he didn't know how to speak with other person because he has support from supervisor that's the reason he is on that position because they both are south indian. He didn't know how to make chairs many time he made wrong chairs and dispose parts into garbage

I have a very pleasant experience dealing with this company. My request was a bit peculiar and required much attention. Not only did JULIA and ROXANNE provide it, they went above and beyond what I expected and delivered excellent service with great consistency. Also with a steep discount. I highly recommend.
