It sucks to have to go with an emergency or daughter had been vomiting all day and with very low blood pressure and we spent more than 13 hours for the doctor to tell us that she had vertigo due to an ear infection and he didn't tell us more, I think If they don't want to work they shouldn't be there, since many people go for a service they need

Emergency Pathetic-a waiting time is insane. Was there with by baby several times & no patients but took 3-5 hours to doctor to come from. My baby is born here only, excellent nurses & services. Emergency it’s better you stay home & take home remedies.

I arrived by ambulance at approximately 5am. After passing out and smashing my head and shoulder. Told no one else was ahead of me. The emts stayed with me till their shift end. At which time the nurse came over moved me into a small hallway. She had me stand up and put me in a chair. She then put me in the public waiting room. No blanket or sheet. Just in my pajamas. Very embarrassing and demeaning. I left at 9: 30 am after not seeing anyone. Horrible experience

My mother had a botched galbladder removal here years ago, done by a guy who was about to get shoulder surgery a few days after.

She's almost died after getting sepsis.

I'm pretty sure my dad is being discriminated against for being indigenous.

My father is in the oncology ward rn and the nurses and drs scatter like roaches to the light as soon as anyone asks for help. One nurse even snapped at my mother for not being right beside him to make sure he stood up, I'm sorry last I checked my mom isn't an lpn or rn or otherwise, and she deserves respect, not to be snapped at be a nurse who avoids my dad all day.

My dad needs a blood transfusion AND a iron infusion for some time now and then will be ready to be released. When we brought this up the nurse started to give my mother attitude.

I work in a hospital in my hometown, this kind of treatment is ridiculous and calls for a lawsuit, especially considering the fact that a Dr. "we shouldn't even bother, that he's 30 and if he were my dad's age he just would give up. "

My Dad isn't someone who gives up, maybe you and your staff are, but my family is not. I am in talks with a lawyer for medical negligence until I hear he is being given the care he needs and deserves and allowed home as he was promised.

He wants to live out the rest of his life with his family in his home not with a bunch of staff who've already written him off.

Also, every time I try to call the desk he's at I get hung up on while the nurses are too busy looking at online shopping. If you did it for the money, maybe now's the time to get out.

This hospital is a joke.you wait hours for a doctor to see you even when it's not busy, likely because OHIP is paying by the hour. Went in with a bad gallbladder and they took in someone with a sore throat before me the triage nurse was rude and dismissive of my symptoms

Absolutely ridiculous waited 3.5 hrs before even talking to a nurse in excruciating pain er room not even busy and watching nurses laugh and talk about their weekend. No good help out there anymore and they still never fixed any of my issues I came with what a joke

Thanks for the wonderful stay and helping me get better and finding a new neurologist a big thanks to Frankie my nurse in the ER another thanks to Susie and Kym on the 2nd floor who took care of me and all the nurses and the RN Angela who was so helpful to me thank you all

The nurse fraction was amazing and thorough. Security guard was helpful and caring walking people to their destination and offering heatedblankets to people not feeling well in the er waiting room.nusrese were very helpful in help loved ones find their family members in the er department.

Worst Health Service especially the triage nurse she was very rude and i doesn’t felt like a nurse.

Not a single complaint about the level of care provided by any department to my Dad in the past week. However, in the emergency department this morning when I approached the desk to see where he had been taken for testing, 3 people blatantly avoided making eye contact with me after I said good morning. Then the ‘gentleman’ spoke to the other 2 and got up and walked away. Too busy for common courtesy?

I came this morning at 8.30am, for a Colonnosopi, has I enter this ladies asked what we are here for, and guide us to the registration room, she was so nice to us, that it really touched me, how she was so helpful, the hospital are really Bless to have her, this was March 31 at 8.30 am, I wish I had her name. And also doctor Susan Farooqui, came to see me just before the procedure, and also Curtis was this young man that prepared me, also so nice. I just so love Leamington hospital. Ferdinand

HORRRRIFIC experience here waited 9 hours, no empathy from the nurses absolutely horrific stay away

Everyone was very kind from triage nurse, receptionist, nurses and doctors. Very great group and the building is cozy with comfy chairs to wait in.

If I could I'd rate this hospital a 0. Was there 2 times this week. This week by ambulance. Iv been having on going pain for awhile. I believe it's my gallbladder but there not taking me serious and discharged me. Although they were nice. The help was ridiculous. 5 hours of waiting after arriving with a ambulance and the pain was unbearable

Turns out I had 2 hospital visits, 2 ultrasounds and 1 family dr later who didn't do there job right to have a walk in clinic find out I had gallstones

I went with my son couple days ago to the ER, it was perfect, fast, no waiting for long time as before, they created new rooms for patients, nice stuff as usual, they did the X ray very fast, I am so happy to see this services.

From the time I entered the hospital, going to the ER, having surgery the kindness and compassion shown to me was amazing. A BIG "Thank You" to all who assisted me for the surgery (Dr. Ali), nursing staff, everyone.

Absolutely the worst hospital to go to to get help. My son was really sick when we brought him in the ER. We sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours before we got to see the doctor. Once it was our turn he didn't run any blood work, no x-ray to check for pneumonia, nothing. Left with no help. The next day we went somewhere else to get help and turned out he had an pneumonia and high level of infection in his body and very low oxygen level and was hospitalized for 4 days plus long recovery at home to get through. I have never had good experience at the leamington hospital, this was the last straw. I'm never going there again. And I dont recommend going there for anything especially if it's an emergency. The doctors and nurses don't care about you, and they aren't friendly either.
