Erik and team have dealt with 3 residential transactions, my families personal wills and estates and assisted dealing with a difficult Estate issues for a family member and we have always received fantastic service and helpful advice. Would highly recommend.

Saw all the rave reviews so reached out to Tracy but was directed in her voicemail message to send her an email for a quicker response. Sent her an email on February 23rd and received no response at all after almost 3 weeks. No out of office message either so don't go here if you want to get a response or attention.
Update June 13th, 2023: it is odd that Erik has responded to my review requesting me to call him after I was pointing out the facts in my review. I had the time to write them an email but his team dropped the ball and rather than find the time to locate my email I sent and call me, he asks me to call him several weeks after it's too late. It is odd he can take the time to respond to my review but not my email. The reason I did not call, Erik, is because there is no point in calling now after my transaction was completed late February.
