Just bought a CX-50 and I love the vehicle.
Cant say the same of the experience at this dealership. I would never go back if I didnt have some free oil changes there. Finance manager - not sure how he ever got there - Sid is the definition of a pushy, careless, sale you what you dont need type of character. Even when we reached a deal, he would change it and try to slip it under your nose as if the customer was an idiot.

I sold my car to the dealership and have been waiting 1 month to get my money.just ridiculous. And when I finally call and complaint I get asked to go to the dealership - waste my time! - to pick up my cheque. Cheque that is $500.00 short of what we agreed.
I will have to make another trip there to fight for my money.
Just unprofessional!

Not a very professional dealership
Told to pick up my vehicle, wasn't ready 2 weeks after Delivery date.
Told to go the next day and again not ready ti 11, told to go at 3: 30. As I pull in the driveway an hour away from my home, I receive a call tell me the car will not be ready again. What the hell.
I cancelled the deal when I saw the car in the paint booth. Could not trust them

Not at all the satisfied with the service. No complaints about the car I had bought. Its about the experience and kind of false commitments the manager level people give to their customers. Especially I would like to mention Mr. Zhoaib Dossani. Not at all the Man of his words. No matter what commitment he gives you, he will make sure not to get the same to you and that will give you the false assurances and hopes. Dont deal with these person for your pre-owned car if you visit Erin mills Mazda. Its better to deal with other pre-owned dealer you know in your network.

At first I was having a hard time on getting a new car but I had the pleasure of meeting Kunal and Harris who convinced me to get the car. So I would definitely recommend them if you want to get the cars worth.

What an amazing team! We were visiting from NB and our service came up. Staff was friendly informative and was able to answer all our questions. The only thing that didn’t happen was a car wash (but that might be a NB thing)

Met with product advisor Rahul Sidhu. Was looking at the mazda CX5 gs. Rahul not only gave me specs for each trim but was also very impressed with his knowledge on the competition. It's safe to assume he has more knowledge than the average saleseman. To be honest, rahul doesn't seem like a salesman, his demeanor is very professional but very comfortable to interact with. I'm still considering my options, but rahul has made a strong case for mazda. Thanks for the experience Rahul!

Purchased a car from them almost a month ago… was not a pleasant experience. Staff is a joke, sales people don’t know what they’re doing.
I had a trade-in, and things are supposed to go smoothly… the bank is still deducting payments for my previous car, and my new car. Called the finance manager (Paiman Chowdhry) to resolve this, he took it as a joke and told me it will be resolved soon. Now both banks are deducting bi-weekly payments.

This dealership is unprofessional… STAY AWAY!

Just bought a used car from JJ and it was the smoothest experience buying a car so far! JJ and Emily went above and beyond to make buying the car I wanted possible and got it ready for me super quick! They’re so great!

Had the chance of dealing with a manger by the name of Payman, horrible experience was pressured into buying warranties and extras so that he could get me 'approved' on the loan. I know for a fact this is not the case and that he just wants you buying whatever fills his pocket, salesman was very unprofessional also until he realized I wanted to actually buy a car, probably would recommend buying a Mazda but definitely not from here

We've has a great experience here. Bought a CX-3 this week. Mina did a great job at showing us all available cars in different price ranges and was one of the first salesmen on Erin Mills that didn't give you the impression that he just wanted to sell you the most expensive car available.

A few days ago I bought a Mazda Cx3 from Erin Mills Mazda. Adam was my sales guy. He is the most honest and knowledgeable sales rep I have ever worked with. He was helpful and realistic. I wasn't even sure if I wanted to buy a Mazda but Adam was so amazing that he was able to listen to all of my needs and find it in my new vehicle.

I have a toddler and after 3 hours in the dealership she was in prime form. Any staff that walked by would do their best to entertain her and all came over to say hello. The dealership manager came over and gave my daughter a little Barbie to keep her busy.

Overall, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. No one was pushy or rude (everything we assume they would be). This experience was by far the best one I have had where a car was involved. I definitely recommend this dealership.but find Adam you won't be disappointed.

Terrible service and horrible prices. If I could give zero I would. My check engine light came on and I brought it to them and they said it was a evap leak and replaced the gas cap and the total came to just over 190 for 30min of service and a gas cap. Two days later my check engine light came on and now my gas cap light and when I brought it back they want me to pay for another diagnostic and a new gas cap. Terrible experience I’ve heard from many people not to go there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But it really is a terrible place if you need service

Great Mazda car dealership to do business.

Bad car service, I brought my mazda for oil change, the advisor inspected the car and wrote report that had nothing on it, then when I picked the car it had a lose reflector, spoke to the service manager Nadeem Raza, so he said that there is video to show me that both ng happened to my car when it was in service but he could not get the video saying there is a glitch and will call company, then said as it is not the responsibility of the of the dealer tas the car was not clean so the advisor can see that the reflector was lose when he inspected it, although it is a reflector u can notice dirty or clean, which makes me wondering

Sales staff are great and very professionals, they would go the extra mile to help and ensure that the client's questions are answered. First class sales people.

Last month, I visited Erin mills Mazda looking for a nice and affordable car. I was very skeptical with the options as I was going to purchase my first car. However, the level of professionalism and service I was provided by Rahul Sidhu and Zohaib Dossani was commendable.
Rahul is very friendly and an honest salesman. He provided me with several options and was patient and very helpful throughout the process. He tried to provide me the best as per my needs which helped me make the decision. I really appreciate him for the same.
Zohaib is one of the best persons to go to in the dealership, he is a wondeful sales manager. I had lots of questions and even a few concerns with the car after I purchased it. I just purchased CX-9 at Erinmills Mazda, the Brand Ambassador Andy and New Car Sales Manager Hassan Azhar gave me such a great experience. They were friendly, informative, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Had a great experience with Ali Reza. He was very consultative and didn't try to force anything like most car salesmen do. He followed up right away and even texted me updates along the way. The finance and sales managers were also very nice during the whole process.

It is not about the cars, it is about the customer service they provided. Two stars for sales rep Jeanette, if you really need to purchase a Mazda vehicle from this dealership, go to her, she always answered my calls /emails and provided a top-level professional customer service. I have nothing but negative experiences with the other managers, especially one of their financial managers George, do whatever you can to avoid him, who is always "too busy to return/pick up your calls". It was extremely frustrating dealing with him, sometimes when the customer gives you a call, they just require an simple answer, this is the basic principle, show respect to your customers, and he failed to do that.

Now in my third week of trying to return a leased vehicle. The staff are attentive until they understand you do not wish to purchase a new vehicle. Then you find your self being passed around to complete the rather complex process. Daily calls go to general mailboxes and messages left are ingnored.

Don’t come here. They’ll try to rip you off. We went last Saturday and they’re so many little charges added like admin global protection and n2 in my tires. When I went to Brampton Mazda these charges did even exist. Waste of time don’t go here

My experience at the service desk here has been absolutely stellar. Every single touch point has been professional, and they have always been extremely upfront with repair times, costs, and keeping me informed. Additionally, they have always been very generous in giving me a loaner anytime the repair has gone overnight, without even having to ask.

I always feel treated with the highest respect, and I didn't even buy my Mazda there. Rest assured I'll be giving these guys first crack at my business if I go Mazda again.

Went in asking to replace the front driver side low beam bulb, they wanted to charge ~$68.1) A 0.3hr of labor for something that takes 1.5min
2) The part is also $6 cheeper on Amazon
3) Not to mention the 45min wait they asked for

I don't know how to describe this place. Not only they are highly unprofessional, they are liars and they over promise every time. They kept me waiting 2.5hr and kept telling me the problem was going to be fixed in 20 minutes - EVERY 20 minutes. I wish they would have told me the truth. They did not fix the problem and simply said " sorry. " That's it. Now I have to schedule another appointment. I will definitely NOT be going to this dealership EVER AGAIN. I can't wait to return my Mazda and be done with them forever.

Poor customer service. Do not trust the service department with your time and your money. They told us on two separate occasions when we called in that they had the part for a repair, once 2 weeks prior and again 3 days prior. We dropped the car off in the morning, and received no calls during the day. We came back an hour before the place closed and they said they hadn't done anything because they didn't have the part. The mechanic then came in and said once they have the part, they would do the repair which should only take 1 hour. They either lied about having the part, lost the part, or used the part for another repair. Either way, they didn't have the due diligence to let us know. To make matters worse, they were unapologetic. This place is so unprofessional.

We bought a 2015 Honda CRV EX from them, The best service and an excellent dealer. We are very happy and impressed with Ali. The way he explain and support us throughout the process was marvellous

I updated my iPhone 4S to an iPhone 6. When I bought my 2015 CX5 I required built in GPS and Bluetooth. After not succeeding in connecting my new cell phone I attended this location, which is closer than the dealership from which I bought the car. There was only a single woman at the service desk. I was given a sheet of paper with a phone number to call. No one else was waiting to speak to a service representative. When I called the number given to me, it was not someone from Mazda. He had a strong accent that was difficult to understand. After 30 frustrating minutes I was told that my new phone was not compatible with my car. I then contacted Auto Planet whose name was on my licence plate. It turns out i had not bought my car from this used car dealership. I had bought the car from Mazda Brampton, a related company. Nevertheless a helpful man connected my Bluetooth in less than a minute. This could have been done by the local Mazda dealership, but they couldn’t be bothered. Will avoid them in the future.

I had the best experience here at EMM! I went to other close by dealerships, where the product was the same but the there was no excitement with the Sales Rep. I can truly say Jeanette was very remarkable, she understood my needs and wants and I love my Mazda 6!
Furthermore, the Sales Manager Hassan Azhar came by to check up on me numerous times and helped me get the best deal. Surab, handled all my paperwork and delivery and everything was perfect! Thanks EMM for everything will send all my friends and family!
