Service Department rep just hang up on you when you want to know their availability for oil change. So rude. Definitely will never use this location for any kind of services, and of course, do not recommend to anyone to go to this location or even make a call.
I bought my car from Erin Park. Jim Cheema and Adwait Murali helped a lot to make the process smooth. My car was on waiting list since January and they offered me another car in October with upgraded model and version itself. I bought my car about 2 months ago from here. Everything was perfect. All of sudden, I had a engine light on in my car. I took my car in to get it checked without an appointment. They told me to schedule an appointment for the inspection. I booked an appointment over the phone. I had to take a day off from work to go to this appointment. My appointment was 12: 30pm. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. I asked the front desk since I’m 10 minutes late.would that be a problem? Front desk said that shouldn’t be a problem. They will take my car for the inspection. I asked the front how long it will take. They told about 3 hours. I waited for 4 hours but still my wasn’t touched at all. I understand that they have a lot of customers to take care of. But they shouldn’t book any appointments at all since they can’t honour it. The type of effort and time they put in while selling the car. They need to work on their service as well. Very disappointed!
Alex was great from begining to end. We bought a rav4 which unfortunately was delayed (production delay from chip shortages) but Alex made sure to keep us in the loop - He was very responsive. Buying from Alex was also haggle free. He was honest and upfront with the cost and gave us the best competitve offer

There is a couple other Toyota Dealership available within same distance of where I am located. Booked my appointment, asked how long would the service be was informed it'll take 1 - 1.5 hour to switch tires, Informed them that this is good and that I'll wait. Was asked if I need a pick up or drop off, informed them again no because I'll wait. Arrived on time and was told the appointment was made as a drop off and it'll take at least 2 to 3 hours before the car goes in. Scrambled around trying to fit the pick up into my schedule anyway, managed to make arrangement for the car to be picked up. As I was not able to wait that long, I took an Uber and left. Called the service center again to schedule a pick up since it was offered to me, and again, I was told no we can't do that because the service time is short, and it's available for services exceeding couple of hours. Tried to ask her that due to the mix-up if it's something they would consider, she was firm that this is a no. I understand that this is all calculated in the cost of the service, but as a service recovery and a way of doing a gesture that'll retain a customer on the long run, you did a horrible job. I most probably am not going to make any difference in terms of revenue for this dealership and this review might not be even read by them but for those who read it, please make sure to double confirm as a first impression, this dealership is all over the place.
