Erindale Dental Centre

On Tuesday August 16 between12: 30 and 1pm an employee from Erindale Dental Center wearing a white top and green skirt or pants came to the Service Ontario Office and started to yell and berate the Security at the door. A staff member came to see what the issue was and the person started yelling and demanded to speak with a Manager. A Supervisor came to the door and the Dental employee called the woman and idiot in Arabic and demanded the Manager. The Manager came to the door and the woman said she doesn't want to speak with her because she wears a hijab she wants the white lady. The Mall security was called to intervene and she scurries back to her office. This employee left her desk at her job to come over and use racial bias offensive and disrespectful behavior to Service Ontario staff. This person represents your business and your brand. Service Ontario is a diverse work place and we do not take abuse or disrespect. I am sure the reception is not paid to watch the daily operations of that office. If this employee has any issues she can use the resources available to make comments. These Employees are dedicated and work very hard to serve customers. This matter has been brought to the attention of the Director and will be looked into.
