Doctor is so nice and listened to my problem patiently. Receptionist at the front desk was very polite and answer my every question in very nice and polite way even i asked the same thing twice.

Very professional both the clinic and the pharmacy. The receptionist in the clinic is very nice, polite and patient in answering all my questions. You will feel very welcome and sincere when talking with the receptionist. Highly recommended!

The host at the reception was very rude and arrogant. She was not even understanding about the pain

The receptionist is very rude and arrogant. Never visiting the clinic ever again. The receptionist job is to provide good customer service. The patient was not able to answer the question and she did told the receptionist that she has a pain on the neck and she doesn't have a sore throat, still the receptionist kept on asking are you sure you don't have a sore throat because if she had then the doctor will yell at her. This is not the way the receptionist should talk with the patient. The patient was not comfortable to talk with the receptionist hence we left the clinic. I hope the doctor will see the review and make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I visited this clinic with my mom. I really appreciate that the doctor see us even they were closing. The receptionist at front desk was very helpful and she understand that my mother is in urgent need of doctor as she had an accident. The doctor was very nice and patiently listen to our problem. Horrible receptionist, she has no etiquettes to speak to a patient. Dont know where these people come from without a background of customer service especially when they are in a healthcare industry they need to know that they are here to help patients who are in need of care. Very rude person.

Worst place to go. Informed the host that I have a kidney injury, possible stones and kept saying only open for family visits. Then said walk in are for 11: 30-2: 30, even well telling them I’m in the office during then. Repeated the pain if the kidney and didn’t care. THIS CLINIC DOES NOT CARE IF PEOPLE ARE IN PAIN AND WOULD NOT TAKE A MINUTE TO HELP. DON’T RECOMMEND HERE

Why it is open if the receptionist says we are closed on a regular day day during the business hours

Dr. MAKAR is very competent and has been my family doctor for over 12 yrs and she listens unlike other doctors. New receptionist is also very pleasant and helpful as well.

Please! Stay away from them. Hours are not accurate always on Lunch. They kept making stupid mistakes and my requisitions. Stay away if you love yourself.

Terrible service, the girl at the reception is rude!
We came on Saturday, they refused to accept us, saying that we need to come on Monday to sign up and come again on Wednesday for an appointment.

The website says they're open until 4pm. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said the walk in doctor is only there until 2: 30pm. I was there at 1: 40 and the receptionist told me I could not see the doctor because they were closing soon. There was no other patients waiting. Thanks for the help.

Do not trust any information or hours on their website. It opens whenever the dr wakes up and feels like it. I wasted a morning and an uber finding this out after the fact.

Just called to see if I needed to pre-register and was told that the clinic was going to be closed for 2 or 3 months. So update your website then.its simple.

The service is absolutely horrible. The doctors there make you feel rushed, not comfortable at all. The receptionist never answers the phone, it took me 3 days to get a hold of someone and when I did they tell me that I have to wait 2 weeks for the walk in doctor they have. I tried to vent my frustration (politely) and they hung up on me so fast. I have been a patient here for about 3 years and the service only got worse. I hate giving a bad review but they have no concept of customer service.
Get better service.

Don’t go here unless you wan to be laughed at for trying to do a walk-in. What an unprofessional joke

A one star rating is more than this place deserves. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or if the doctors have just stretched themselves too thin. Gave them a try when I needed a new family doctor. My experience in the last year is this: rushed & inaccurate diagnosis, lack of attention to detail, and, as others have commented, near-impossibility of meeting a doctor in-person. Seriously, don’t bother going to this place. It’s a waste of your time and all that will come of it is they will pocket taxpayer money, while you will be no better off. Just go somewhere else and get proper care.
