Got a letter saying they were gonna update my heater and because I'm on low income it was gonna be no cost. Well guess who has to pay that cost. I do. And they did this twice! I'm about to cancel erth power and take legal action if they don't correct it

Happy to no longer have to use erth power. Most of the woman behind the phones there are ignorant, and have terrible attitudes when you ask them a simple question, your greeted with sarcasm as if your asking them to do something outside their job and is such an inconvenience to them. ERTH you already have a bad reputation from power outages, and over charging your customers.you could atleast have people with GOOD customer service to anwser your phones working for you.

Constant power outages even with perfect weather, and as soon as questionable weather hits a power outage is guaranteed. As I type this we've been powerless for 12.5 hours and counting, STILL with no ETA on when power will be restored. I work from home and electricity is somewhat of a base necessity.

It's telling when nearly the whole town has generators because this company is so inept. I'd say don't quit your day job, ERTH, but considering this actually is your day job: quit. Please. Let someone competent take over.

The billing is so awful. Some months we don't receive a bill at all. Constantly dealing with power outages and the service reps tend to be rude when contacting the office. The county need to replace this company with another contractor that is more competent.

Terrible customer service! As another reviewer stated, the women behind the phone is very rude and doesn’t care at all!

I wish they’re were more service providers in the area, so I didn’t have to deal with this business!

A nightmare to deal with.
We didn't know that our property was in arrears. No effort was made by ERTH power to contact us until disconnect was left at the address- on the ground. No invoice, no letter, no phone call.
I immediately attempted to pay the bill. The supervisor (LISA) was completely inept and unhelpful. We were charged interest and reconnection fees for a service we weren't even aware of. Their automated billing system disconnected me several times.

Very bad costumer service. Lady on the phone was very rude and just didn't seem to care. And extremely over priced

I did receive answers to my questions and was given the information I was seeking. The information was correct. Some reps are very pleasant while others seem miserable and upset at being bothered. Seems not right when customer service is their actual job.

Would give a zero star but cant the worst overcharging company in Ontario.simply a middle man.i think that says it all they tack on some cost to the bill as i said before their jurisdiction is the highest cost of hydro embro and ingersol.

Always seems to be power outages and most of all it's usually on sunny wind free days, horrible for reliability
