Eshipper is a reliable eshipping company. Riz Datoo is an amazing case manager when I have issues with my shipment. I have been using them for all shipments in Canada and the United States.

I started using eShipper a year ago for my business. I ship all across Canada and was finding that shipping costs were rising. I got in contact with Husein and he got me all setup. What a difference in cost from using the actual shipping companies. I would highly recommend eShipper. If you are just starting out or an established business, they will definitely save you money.

Way cheaper than the conventional couriers. Moreover their customer support service is amazing. Shahina Jaafer was my customer support manager who gave us such a amazing service. Even she helped me by creating my shipping labels during her off time at nearly 11pm during the night considering my tight schedule. She was such an amazing help. Such employees act as brand ambassadors and are such an asset to company.

Amazing service, easy to integrate with our Shopify platform. Fantastic shipping prices and options for us shipping inventory or orders outside our website as well as through the site. Set up was quick and Riz walked me through the whole process, showed me around and made it all just a seamless experience! Definitely recommend

Very poor customer service my shipment arrived in Canada a week ago it was kept on hold for no payment for customs clearance they dint even informed me about it and after the payment 5 days have passed still may shipment is ay there ware house where i need the package on urgent basis had a very horrible experience very poor customer service cannot express how disaster it feel when you don’t get your shipment on time

Eshipper is a great company and I had an exceptional experience working with them. The sole reason to this was due to the person in charge helping me named Zeeshan. He was the most patient, humble, honest and helpful person I ever met. He would help me on his off hours and get me information and results immediately whenever I needed them. On top of that he never charged me anything extra and was 100% transparent and genuine with me always giving ME the best rates and deals. Furthermore, a lady named Priya was also very patient and helpful getting me all the batch rates and running through everything so efficiently!

Months ago, my package arrived from India and was misplaced by one of the team members. I received everything I needed in that delivery and was immediately confused and upset. At that point, a woman by the name of Priya from e-shipper worked with me to hunt for my package and to stay in continual communication with me about any updates. After much back and forth, Priya finally found my package, which I finally received. It was overjoyed.

Zeeshan's customer service and knowledge is astounding. If you are looking at saving time and money backed by quality service this is your man. I would highly recommend asking for him upon or after setting up your account.

I have been with E Shipper from past 2 months, the process of creating pre paid shipping labels was made really easy by this platform. I was on boarded by Roxanne Sinclair and since the beginning Roxanne has been really helpful in everything, there was immediate resolution of all issues and the response timing and communication was perfect because of personalized attention.
The platform does need some work as it still does not update all the information on the system immediately buy again the staff is well trained for these kinds of situation so our problem gets solved on Calls.
