Not impressed and angry. After a dental surgery that seemingly went well, the after care was quite cold. My mother received a a slither of gauze and when she asked for extra this dental office acted like there's a shortage on gauze. If she's bleeding outrageously, why would you begin to ration out gauze? No sanitation or aftercare.

Dr. Effat is an outstanding dentist, she is fast, efficient and thorough, also the entire team at Esquire dental centre are amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating as a dental professional myself, I would recommend Dr. Effat and her team at Esquire dental centre.

Dr. Amir, Dr. Mark and their staff are phenomenal. I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction and they made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure.

Well, I don't know where to start. After arriving in Canada back in 2014, I was looking to find a skilled dentist who could check my dental health, since we had poor dental care back in Iraq. I consider myself lucky to have found Dr. Amir Awadalla. Long story short, he did an amazing job in arranging totally transforming procedures, of removing some of the bad teeth (with old root canal), doing the orthodontic work, and lastly implanting 5 new replacement teeth. Throughout my entire journey during these procedures, I felt I was taken care of by a quite professional dentist, who kept things clear, and ready to answer any of my questions or concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking into a skillful dentist, who is respecting his patients, and acting for their best interests. I also like to extend my appreciation to all the staff at Esquire Dental Centre, particularly his personal assistant.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years, and received nothing but positive and honest work from all the staff. The hygienists are all very thorough and do a great job on cleaning and raising awareness to potential future issues as well as recommending better tooth care techniques.

Dr Mark is an unbelievable dentist, he has repaired my teeth on multiple occasions. I like to call him the tooth wizard. Before any procedure he explains what may or may not occur and whether or not I’d like to proceed. He’s very efficient and professional in all his procedures. He’s doesn’t waste time getting right to work.

I highly recommend them for anything tooth related!

Got a tooth filling here a couple months ago. The female dentist was rude, did not listen to my questions, and left without notice after filling my tooth to attend to other clients. Neither did she explain to me anything about the procedure and what happened to my tooth or literally anything before or after the procedure. Extremely poor customer service. For my next dentist appointment I did not even want to step foot in their clinic again, I went to a dentist at STC instead. Way better customer service not just by the receptionist, but also the dentists. The dentist at STC explained to me everything that would happen in detail and even asked me if I had any questions.

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR. SEE YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND STRT ROBBING YOU. VERY DISAPPOINTED SPECIALLY WITH A RUDE LADY DOCTOR.
