They saved my rear. I can say this for sure, they were the most affordable and professional. This firm deals with the highest level of govt.and police agencies and they treated my home hard-drive data recovery with same level of importance.

This place is a HUGE rip off. They wanted to charge me $1200 to recover my photos when I got it done for $250 at some other random shop. I had damaged my phone when I was on vacation in the ocean. First I took it to apple and they said there's nothing they can do since I had not backed up my phone to iCloud. So next I took it to ESS to take a look at it. I didn't care about anything besides getting my pictures and videos back. I thought 12 years of memories are gone and I was pretty desperate. My phone was able to turn on but wouldn't stay on for more than 10 seconds. The Face ID was damaged, battery was ruined and overall I think it had salt water damage. When I got the quote back from ESS, they said it was going to "be very difficult to get the photos and videos back" but I wouldn't have to pay unless they retrieved them. Then they told me it would be $1200 to get my photos back. I thought there was no WAY I would pay this much I guess I will lose the memories. So I took my phone back and took it to another place on Kennedy. Two days later my phone turned on, screen was replaced for $250. Phone is still not in perfect working order but I took it home and uploaded all the photos and videos onto my OneDrive by myself for $0. If this dingy Kennedy shop was able to figure out how to get my phone to turn back on then ESS (being so professional and highly reputable.supposedly) would've certainly seen that it was an easy fix. I think they take advantage of people's desperation and jack up the prices. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. Unless they lower their costs to a more reasonable price.
