I have been going to Essa Ferndale Dental for over 20 years and they never cease to amaze me with their professionalism, great customer service and great decision making. People do get a bit anxious going to the dentist however, Dr Won and his team have always made me feel comfortable and have never passed any judgement when it came to my lack of oral routine which has improved significantly over the past several years. They provide solutions that make sense to each individual situation.

The admin staff are very personable too and show a great deal of great customer service.

My experience with this dental clinic is so awesome that I will definitely refer people there. Is it the way the staffs are so polite from the receptionist I want to talk about, or the way they gave full explanations of what they discovered after an x-ray of my tooth and how to fix the issue without no stress. I give this clinic 5 stars for their professionalism.

Very friendly staff, they were very informative with procedures, my hygienist was very gentle and not aggressive on my teeth. It was a very pleasant experience. It’s a very good vibe and no negative energy.

What a great dentist. No pain whatsoever. Be careful he tried charging me twice as much for the exact same tooth on the opposite side of my mouth. Billed me for an extra x-ray also that I didn't need, they already had the X-ray from a week ago but they did a full x-ray again charge me for it. If you have insurance I'm sure they will take every last penny of you're insurance. If you're looking for a reasonable price dentist, don't look here he is way too expensive. Shop around you'll save hundreds of dollars.

Not sure what these other comments are talking about but they billed me perfectly and I walked out of there paying nothing. Also the receptionist I dealt with was extremely nice. The hygienist was also really personable and made the experience enjoyable even though I was at a the dentist.

This dental office plays games and waste clients time if they don’t want your business. If you don’t fall into their category of what they consider worthy they will cancel your appointment without any sufficient notice then confirm your feelings by their condescending tones and attitudes. October 3,2022 After cancelling a work shift and arriving for a booked appointment from months ago, my children were told there were more important clients they needed to attend to. Imagine your child being told their pain is not important. Hurtful service but it’s expected from Barrie, still very behind in times.

Awesome dental office, everyone is polite; the doctors are amazing, as well as Hala, she has made me feel much better about my teeth, and has motivated me to take much better care of them from now on! Thanks Hala!
