After taking a break from having my nails done, I returned to get French tips for a wedding. After not even 4 days, the shellac on one nail has peeled off, and the nail is broken, and the polish on another nail has begun to peel as well. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, after giving this salon many chances I have decided to find somewhere else to give my business.

Loved getting my full acrylic set by Emily, she took her time and did a wonderful job. I will be definitely coming back to her for a fill.

I get my nails done here it is always the best service it’s always clean and everyone is very professional. If you want your nails done right then you have to go here! Definitely a 5 star place.

I booked an appointment for a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure with a gift card I got as a gift. First off, when I was done my pedicure I was left to sit in a chair while the technician went to start someone else’s nails; I had a different lady tend to me 15 min later (was not impressed as I had an appointment, I understand they get busy but it was frustrating). The French shellac I got on my hands looks terrible; my pedicure is not good at all, I still have so much they could have taken off (dead skin on my heels and around my finger nails and toes). While sitting in the chair I heard the front desk guy on the phone and he was SO rude. When I went to cash out they didn’t honour the price of the package from when the gift card was gifted to me; I ended up paying the difference out of pocket which I was not expecting. When I left a tip I didn’t do much because I was not happy; the man at the front rudely said “am I splitting the $$ between the two girls? ” I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, but the service was terrible. I would not recommend.

Hannah did an amazing job I have been many times and she always goes above & beyond in making my nails look perfect! The staff is very friendly & always welcoming. The place is clean and has the best selection of colours! I can’t wait to go back for a fill. Keep up the good work
