Essential Chiropractic & Massage Therapy

I'm so happy that I found this clinic and the best part is that its 2 minutes away from my work! I started going here for massage therapy to release some tightness that I would always get on my left upper back. Their 15 minutes massages work for me as I go during my lunch break and I would book with Rupa and she is fantastic.

Later on, I tried physiotherapy when I pulled my lower back and the pain wasn't going away after a week, no matter what I did or used. This was my first time going to physio so I didn't know what to expect but I'm so glad I went. Rami is fantastic! She's very hands on, explains where the pain is coming from using visuals and possible reasons the pain is there based on your life. As long as you do your homework (the stretches that she assigns you), you will definitely see improvement and after a few weeks, I don't feel pain anymore. I definitely will continue to see Rami to continue with my progress and strengthen my back muscles.

Overall, my experience at this clinic has been great. I have recommended this clinic to my family, friends, and co-workers and given the close proximity to my workplace, so far, I have 3 co-workers seeing Rami for physio and Rupa for massage therapy and they are extremely satisfied with their services here.

Dr. Becky is amazing! My kids 4 & 2 loved her, she explains everything so clearly and is so patient. Can't wait to see her for myself. Highly recommend! Have to add after years of coming here finally it was my turn and it was amazing, I’m a new person. Wish I’d seen her sooner!

I’ve been at Essential Health Clinic for multiple services and have been so happy every time. 2 weeks ago, I Started my laser hair removal treatment with Monica and I am speechless! I was hesitant to laser my face at first and I cannot believe the promising results after only one session. She wasn’t kidding when she said the results could be instant. Thank you Monica for being thorough and making me feel comfortable! Looking forward to my next session.

Incredible massage by Rupa! She has great pressure with deep tissue so she is the one to go to to fix all your aches and pains! Also such a sweet person! I have been to Essential Chiropractic and Massage a few times now and have seen a few different practicioners, and most recently to see Ashlyn. All the RMT practicioners I have seen have been great. Most recently I have seen Ashlyn to help me recover from Achilles tendon surgery. She has been wonderful, and my physiotherapist was impressed at the range of motion I had improved with during my treatments with Ashlyn. I recommend Essential Chiropractic and Massage, and most recently I can say that Ashlyn has been professional, and amazing at helping me rehab my achilles.

I’ve been seeing Beata over 6 years now for my lymphatic drainage massage; she is professional, extremely knowledgeable and talented in her field. Being a breast cancer survivor, Beata understands my specific concerns and is always so caring and compassionate. She is so accommodating to fit me in when I need; Beata is exceptionally caring.
