Ajit Dudani's excellent service began right at the very beginning as he showed up, 10 min before us, at the house and and was already on the job! We were looking at finalizing a house and it was very important for us to have someone genuine to guide us through our decision making process. What I personally liked about Ajit is that he had a set method for his inspection process and was incredibly detail oriented.   During the inspection, he pointed out many things that only an experienced inspector could identify and also provided his recommendations around the same. The entire walkthrough took 2 hours. His report also came back very thorough.

Ajit was @ the property before the meeting took place. Ajit performed a complete inspection and in a timely manner. Very affordable compared to many others who over charge for the same services. Ajit's overall rating is. 5 stars, take my advise as I have had experience in building my last home of 5000+ square feet from the Ground up. The individual on this page who gave a low rating has no knowledge in how inspections are conducted properly. I also agree with Ajit that when a basement is finished the foundation walls are now covered and out of view. Only a complete inspection can be performed if all the drywall panels were torn down. This obviously is Not the job of an inspector. Moving forward, I highly recommend Ajit and his expertise. When I buy my next property I will use Ajit again with no hesitation.
