I have a great experience with this business. These guys did a great job at my house especially (Jeff) the coolest guy I ever worked with, they are fast, cost efficient and accurate with their work. They just take 20 minutes after my call and all the work is done. Brilliant, thank you for your job guys. That’s a great experience.

They have no issues on loosing a repeating client of few years. Bad customer servise as of last night, poor job performances.

Yesterday February 22nd l had an emotional medical procedure. I came home and the key pad to my garage malfunctioned. Of course the keys to my home were inside! Jeff came and my keypad worked. I was with my sister and he made us smile laugh. What a great personality he has. He had us smiling laughing at the end of the day when the day started with lots of worry and tears. Thank you so much Jeff. I will definitely tell everyone about this experience.

To make a long story short, our garage door spring broke through the night with our vehicle parked inside so we were not able to get out in the morning to attend an urgent appointment. Essex Locksmith had someone at our home and the repair completed within an hour of opening so we were not late. Amazing job and service, it was greatly appreciated!

What a lovely experience, can’t recommend this company enough! Honestly did not expect to have as much of a wonderful experience as I did! Jeff was outstanding start to finish- he immediately made me feel safe and comfortable at home, was patient with my protective dog, and was just the most friendly competent professional! He went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring the job wasn’t just done properly but he genuinely wanted to leave things better than when he arrived! He fixed the ill fitting deadbolt he noticed while he was changing the lock so it would shut better and even switched a door knob for me! He didn’t leave until I was able to practice using all the new keys on all the doors and made sure I was 110% happy before leaving. It was much appreciated hard work and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone, such great people!
