Essex Walk In Clinic

I haven’t even used this clinic before and I can’t use it because you guys don’t know how to pick up a phone

I've never had a bad experience with one of the doctors, however, I find it absolutely absurd that the clinic opens at 9 but you can sign in at 8: 30. For the 2nd time in a month, I've showed up BEFORE 9am to find that sign in list completely full with a note saying "sorry we are no longer accepting patients today" uhhh.sorry? I don't understand why you allow the clinic to be completely booked up before 9am (which is the posted open time) What about the parent who's in dire need of a clinic for their child at any point of the day.they don't get a chance to go to the clinic? You guys really should only allocate early sign ins for maybe the 1st hour.then it should be 1st come 1st served after that. Upon reading other reviews, I'm finding that almost everyone feels the same as I do. I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years but I find myself never wanting to go back, because it is just not worth the wait.
I took the half hour drive to TMC in Tecumseh and I was literally in and out within 5 minutes. That is my new clinic now. Thank you, TMC.

It was my first time here and was expecting a long wait as it was right after the holidays, got in within an hour or so which was great. Doctor was very thorough and attentive, got a script and had it filled within 10 mins at Brady's.

Sot in office for 2 hours yesterday.dr no show.
Back this am 4 in line told no dr yet. "dr comes in when he feels like it " what the hell?
Not very proffesional.
I guess us sick people dont rate in a dr eyes. Obviously making way to much money.
Hey guys there are other clinics nearby.
Get a dr that wants to work.
Just another failure for the town of essex
