Incompetent and clueless staff. I went through the car wash and there was still a generous amount of dirt on my car. I explained to them the situation and showed them the dirt. They then gave me a completely unrealistic explanation as to why the dirt was still on my car and how to remove it, before the car wash. The whole point of a car wash is to have the dirt removed for you so you don't have the clean your car by hand. All I needed was another car wash code to remove the dirt because the dirt was already wet and saturated with soap. They refused to give me another code. This is just the first of many issues at this gas station. Completely avoid the car wash. And I would recommend avoiding this gas station entirely.

The worst customer service ever - the lady at reception did nothing to help me when the Esso machine took my money and didn’t work. Never coming here again. Horrible experience

Unorganized location. Printers usually are out of paper and don't print receipts. Speedpass+ app usually has problems only at this location for some reason. Staff are clueless and unable to help with any issues as they say they just started to work and evidently lack proper training.

The middle aged man running the cashier is just rude, by the tone he spoke to me, must be the owner. If thats the case. Im glad your life is miserable and wish you a continued life of misery. Avoid going to this location.

Wow avoid at all costs. Stoped in for a bottle of windshield washer fluid and they charged me 8.00 for a bottle! They're just looking to take advantage and rip people off. Will avoid any Esso going forward. Would give 0 stars if I could

Going to Mavis/Eglinton Esso from past 11 years, good gas station and staff is friendly and very nice. Little Tim Hortons inside is perfect for food craving

NO MILK DONT GO HERE LOOKING FOR MILK.the Tim hortons advertisement says almond milk as non diary option but they don’t carry it and neither does the Esso side any milk at all so good luck if you need a non dairy coffee or iced cap

Worst customer service ever as they admitted they didn’t care. Car wash expired but thought year’s time to lever. Car wash almost teared bike rack. Cashier Indian gentleman Sunday Dec 8th 2019 2: 30pm EST has attitude that will get him fired unless he’s owner (for which he shouldn’t be running a customer service business).

I couldn’t give a negative rating so 1 star is generous for such a poor attitude to customers that I (a 20 yr customer will never return).

Horrible service for the car wash, went around 3 times because it wasn't going on. Third time I got locked inside the car wash for about 10 minutes. Rupinder was very rude. Definitely never going back!

This gas station is for me is just okay, the diesel fuel pump, you can't pay at the pump since screen is not working (almost 2 years) and I guess owner have no interest to change it as I complained many times but they said it will be changed soon, also most of the times there is no windshield water to clean your mirrors and window. There also is no receipt print available at the pump as most of time out of paper, so you will be lucky if there is no line up at the counter to get the receipt

I hope you will change the diesel fuel pump asap and serve customer better.

They seem to never clean the window washing fluid. I found mud, rust and a rusty spoon in one bin. The others weren’t much better. Negligent staff and owners.

Truck drivers you can park your truck here.
It has enough space to park a truck and trailer and washrooms are cleaner than timhortons right in the opposite direction.

Stopped by this ESSO location @ 5980 Hurrontario Street (L5A3T6). Attempted to purchase white milk but you only carried it in bags? We don't use bags. I though Circle K was a full fledged MACS as they are out of business now? I only buy MACS Milk. Then used my points to purchase a deluxe car wash and the dryer wasn't working properly. Failed to dry off the entire back of my car. I didn't even have a rag to wipe off back so I used an old blanket. Left streaks. Had to go somewhere else and redo. Bad service all around. You should refund my points at the very least! Waited for a response but finally tey told me to contact Customer Service. YOU ARE Customer Service! If I give ZERO I would!
