The convenient thing is that there is a general store (convenience store), coffee/donuts store and an ice cream shop located under the same roof. Gas prices seem to be higher here than other local stations. Don't know why.

Horrible experience. STALKED the whole time I was shopping. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible customer service… Not nice people. Local person writing in.

We often stop here to fuel up before heading to the cottage. Never a line up and great access to the store and last minute items needed.

As a bus driver I use this gas station multiple times a week. Usually my experience is amazing… today was terrible. The girl at the cash was so rude and didn’t give me my change. Checking my pockets because I’m holding my daughter and you know maybe I did get my change and I forgot.so when I asked for it she slammed it on the counter and muttered something about leaving a dollar behind. As I’m pumping diesel into my bus she domes out slamming the garbage bin lids around and swearing under her breath. I understand people have bad days and I’m all about being kind but this was terrible behavior.

So today I went and stopped at this facility to purchase fuel I always pay at the pump
My fuel up was done I press the button for my receipt then I got no receipt tape must’ve been empty in the pump so of course I had to go in and ask for a receipt I did not have a mask which I normally comply with I would not have went into the building if I would’ve got my receipt at the pump I asked for it she told me no receipt because I had no mask on she could’ve avoided all this by making sure that they were receipt portion of the pump works it was totally disgusting and how she conducted herself about it all trust me it was my first and my very last time to go in there to do any business
FYI I did end up leaving without a receipt thanks Esso!

Terrible service I was denied entry I have a disability and do not wear face masks due to health reasons, I was very ignorantly approached by not 1 but 2 old ladies that work there and told I couldn't come in my father next to me had his face mask on

Never again will I stop here and I am reporting this location to the ministry for discrimination against medical reasons

The woman who works here is really mean to customers and the bathrooms are always really disgusting. Maybe clean up a bit and try smiling!

It's the only gas station in this area unfortunately, prices are fair. Never had a problem with the staff as I usually pay with credit card at the pump anyway. Lots of room for people towing boats and trailers to maneuver through

I don't know what's more disgusting, the bathrooms or the woman who works here. Overall foul place

I have to agree with everyone about the rude staff and owner and also want to add that the products on the shelves inside are often stale. I saw staff members threatening to call the police on a man trying to return something he bought from there to them. I won’t be spending any more money here

Staff and owner are breaking the law telling people with mask exemptions they cannot shop. The owner (or manager?) walked up to me, inches from my face and tried to intimidate me out of the store. If you are scared of covid you've had months to get the vaxx so you have no excuse to deny people entry with exemptions. Prices are high too, went in to buy milk saw it was $7 a bag. Gas is always more expensive here.

After + years of being a loyal customer of this store, I will never buy gas or anything else here again. This is the third time we’ve had an awful experience. The woman behind the counter could not have been more RUDE. Everyone has a bad day (especially these days) so I’ve been forgiving in the past but never again.

If somebody has a health issue and can't wear a mask this place needs to allow them to come in its sad in such hard times people have 0 empathy for each other im new here and all I've seen is ignorant issues like this people need to mind there own business.

Possibly Ontario’s slowest gas pumps. The store and staff are exceptional. Great selection of goods in the store. If they could fix the speed of the pumps they’d be a 5-star review.

I was told by the employee behind the counter "it's the businesses perogative to deny service to any customer not wearing a mask" regardless of the reason.

Very rude employees. Will NEVER return again. I would advise everyone to do the same. Esso should be ashamed to have this as one of their stations.

If you can't wear a mask for a medical reason don't stop here. They aren't making any exemptions. Very sad

Born with asthma, can't wear a mask and have inhaler in hand, some lady with grey hair tells me to get out, yet it by Ontario law

She says it's private property, such an excuse.
If I was too faint in the store, I would sue

Whoever the lady is? Mid 50's? I hope she get rung out!

It's a good location but the gas is consistently more expensive here. Lots of room to park and maneuver with a trailer if your towing.
