Poor lady customer and the Rude gas station owner!
I saw a decent-looking lady tried to print the receipt in front of the pump after fueling. Then she started her car and was leaving. But suddenly a couple ran out of the office and stop the lady's car saying that the gas not paid yet. The lady came out the car and said " I used the SPEEDPASS, just wondering why the receipt could not be printed. May be something wrong with the link to my credit card". She followed the gas station owner (manager) to the office for payment. At this point, another guy asked what happen. The owner loudly announced that she just want to run away without pay. Oh.my, The lady immediately raised her voice: what? I just did not recognize the SPEEDPASS not went through the payment.and I am now follow you to pay. I am in the neighbour hood, and always come here for gas, about twice a month. Why you just want to insult me like this?
After the lady's speaking, do you think the owner should stop yelling and be nice to the lady?
No, he still yelling like this: I can call the police because you try to run away.
I can see how frustrated and innocent the lady is. And I feel so sick on the owner:
1. He is so not professional to run a business.you should create nice and friendly atmosphere instead of trouble, the trouble for your customers, and may be big troubles for yourself later on,
2. He should have a sense of service, not only the sense of making money.
3. It's understandable that he should protect against gas stealing. I don't think this happens often in this neighbour hood. But he should have a basic sense to judge people. No, he can't. He behaves like so raw and rude, like a barbarian from somewhere uncultivated place. That's why so many bad reviews for this place.
Hope the lady won't mind too much about this bad experience in this specific place for the people like this.

Rude Staff (the guy with pot on his head as a hat) regardless owner (Asian man) who has no idea about customer service.

The front of the esso seems newly renovated since they switched from the Ultramar, but they didn't fix the car wash.

Saturday, Dec. 11,2021.16 degrees C.on a nice warm winter month.
I paid for the top of the line carwash. The Luxury Wash at $14.99. Seeing the front part of this gas station which looks modern like the rest of the other ESSO gas stations, I would expect that all the car washes were modern which was touchless.
WOW! No one is here in the lineup compared to ESSO at Silver Maple Rd. Should be a quick wash. As I drove towards the car wash the driveway curves right up to the overhead door. I stopped and I wanted to reverse out of here and forget about the wash, but I decided to have this wash. There was no straightening your car at all. You have to make sure your left wheel aligns with the steel rail track that pulls your car in. Then I saw all these brushes. As you exit the wash, the driveway curves up towards the main road. Oh yeah, one more thing. I did not see all the colourful soap appearing on my windshield compared to the touchless washes.
At the end, my right mirror was pulled forward, the front grille was dirty, and the back end of my car was not washed at all. One good thing was that I had snow tires on steel rims. If I had on aluminum rims I would for sure not enter the wash.

It was the worse wash I had for my car. Even with a luxury wash. The carwash is not functional and it didn’t wash clean. Staff are rude.

Don't waste your money for this Carwash. Very low quality wash. I had a carwash here, the premium wash in amount of $14. After the wash I noticed that the back of my SUV is totally dirty and when I raised it to the cashier, they told me they are not responsible for the clean wash They were very rude and the Carwash sucks.

The price difference between the posted 87 octane and the other levels are not the same at different gas stations. So far, this station seems to have the smallest difference between their 87 and 93 (21 cents) in the area.
