I’ve been dealing there for several years. They never once answered the phone and they have no voicemail. Their car wash is almost always broken and they don’t seem to care less about either. Enough said! I am so thankful that they are not the only gas station/car wash in the city and so thankful that they have so much competition and so very thankful that I’m able to bring my business elsewhere where it might be more appreciated

Cashier doesn’t pick up the phone from customer. I’ve made multiple calls trying to know if the car wash machine is available. She doesn’t pick up then when I drive down there I find out that its out of order. Very poor customer service from this gas location and that seems to be the trend since Covid.

The cashier in night today I don’t know his name but he was so rude. Felt so rude when slide the cigarette boxes with anger. I think the owner should look into this person.

Cashier was super rude and was talking on the phone. Didn’t even care to ring me up.
