Worker that was worming at 2am on janurary 14th 2024 was super disrespectful needs to fix his attitude.tried to charge me twice for polar pop because I "wasted a cup"

This store’s (gas station’s) customer service is absolutely horrendous. I am an African American woman and every time I walk into the store they treat me like I am a shoplifter. I wanna visit a store after a long 16 hour shift and I wanted a midnight snack and the store associate followed me around. …… I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I was walking around while looking through the isles and I guess eventually he got tired of me being in his store so he kicked me out and said the entire store is going under maintenance so I have to get out or buy something now. I do not recommend this gas station to anyone.
If you have to buy gas, I understand you have to go wherever you can but if you plan to go inside please expect to be treated like a second class citizen if your not Indian or Caucasian. I also witnessed him being rude to another African American customer trying to buy a slushie while I was in there.

If you need two people to run the store and car wash, then hire two people. At 7PM, kicking people out of the store and refusing them service because you need to "reset the car wash" is unacceptable customer service.

If I was able to, I’d give this place a 0 stars. I went here today to get polar pop and the worker named “hom” first said to wait 10mins when I didn’t even need gas I just needed a drink. I told him that and he said we’re under maintenance. A drink under maintenance lol. Understandable if it was gas but Anywho I proceed and wait and get the drink, I’m paying for my drink and he tried to charge me $2 something when a large drink is $1 something. Indian scammer was rlly tryna indian scam me. So I said the drink is $1 something and he later proceeded to accuse me of drinking and filling it up twice so he’s charging me twice. Wth, I took A SIP, no human can drink a whole large polar pop in a minute.
Managers or store owner rlly has to have a talk with this guys cuz his attitude is DISGUSTING.and this isn’t the first time I can go to any desk or circle K polarpop and when I ask if I can get a cup of water they say yeah no problem. THIS GUY charged me for a cup of water. Even a place like starbucks gives water for free it’s a basic human right. I understand if it was a bottled water, but it was literally the polar pop machine water. I can go anywhere McDonald’s, Tim’s, Starbucks and they always give FREE water with any hesitations.
STORE MANAGER OR SOMEONE RLLY HAS TO HAVE A TALK WITH THIS GUY. HIS NAME WAS HOM

I really only go for the slushys and prime, the prime is really expensive but the slushys are really good!

This gas station put label outside washroom out of service but if we spend some money to buy something from there then they said you can use it.
They should shame on this thing to refuse to use washroom. Washroom is for public and i am regular esso customer from long time.

This location has a Car Wash that I have never seen. It does not have a rail that you have to drive your car on to pull you in to wash. This is great for those who don't want to damage their rims. Even better, when you input your code, it asks you if you want a "Safe Touch" wash, which uses rolls of brushes. Or a "Touch Free" wash, which doesn't use the brushes.

I usually go here for carwashes. Its closest to my home. Carwash does a great job washing and a better job than many others at blowdrying car.
