Your associate Mirna is very ignorant and has a major attitude problem. I came from having the worst day ever of having to put my animal down, and the last thing I needed was to be disrespected and put down on my way home. You were out of gas, and the sign is barley taped down and blowing in the wind. She told me I cannot read and that she allowing me to pump gas from the pump on her end when they were out simply “wasn’t her problem” never returning to this gas station. As much as. 50 cents doesn’t matter in the long run.professionalism sure does! All I asked is why I was being charged for it! Doesn’t pay to be kind!

It was nice that they had a washroom available while I was driving with my small kids and one of them needed to use the washroom. But the staff was strange, as my son wanted to pay cash for the item he was purchasing and the staff gave him the price before tax even though the till gave the price with tax. Then when he was scrambling to get the correct change for the actual amount he owed, the staff asked us to hurry up because she had a lot of customers waiting. I found that a bit off-putting, especially since he was taking longer due to the fact that she gave him the wrong amount that he needed to provide her with.

Aside from that, the washroom and rest of the venue were clean and well stocked.

Stopped in today to get a cold drink. Staff was rude and started to raise her voice at me. I had a service dog with me and the uneducated staff thought she would tell me to get out of the store. If I didn't have gas to pay for I'm sure she would have refused my business. I tired to explain to the lady and I offered my dogs paper. Esso should do a better job on training there employees to work with serivce animals. I'm sorry but her excuse of to bad some people don't like dogs is not appropriate!

Don't go here, they always mess up with extra charges without people knowing, I got charge 70 for gas I didn't even put.went to buy bottle of pop and red bull payed without noticing till I got home extra 70 without my consent asked the manager Nadia and acted like she didn't know and that it was an accident and couldn't reverse it. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GAS STATION VERY VERY SHADY!

I always stop by here for diesel and snacks however this time I just need to stop for a washroom break and I was denied because I didn't buy anything. The woman that works here extremely rude. Never stopping my truck here for Diesel again.
