I found the service to be exceptional. I came in with a rager and the cashier was delightful to help me relive my. Props to grandma Gertrude and her nimble hands. ;)

Service is very pathetic, people who work in front desk or reception is very rude, time wasting especially “shara” night lady who wasted by twenty minutes! She canvas car wash customer when ten people waiting in queue, she was arrogant, really waste choice for esso! These kind of service and staff will be liability for esso! Please never visit esso in night!

This was during the summer when the car wash was not working. The policy for Esso is to offer a car wash for free if the agent doesn't ask the customer if they want one and when I pointed this out that the staff member saying that he didn't offer me one has excuse was that the car wash is broken why would I offer you one
